Didn't invest in a penny stock for divis. Probably rented or sold the barge. Get on with the description in the header ie OE Company and i believe that means producing lots of oil. When that happens, i'll be very happy to receive Divis. I have Shel/BP and FTSE 100 for that, this is about multi-bagging performance for taking the higher risk.

I get the message and to pay the Divis they need to get the production moving. Last 6 weeks on the operational front, nothing happened ? doesn't anybody else see that's odd ?

Aggregate production for the year ended 31 December 2021 was 533,857 barrels at the average rate of 1,462 bopd (2020: 545,667 barrels at the rate of 1,495 bopd).
Production for sale in January 2022 is expected to be approximately 65,000 barrels.

Production at current levels = 875k v 534k = 63% increase. Also Crude price up c 75% on 2021. Going the right way but what's happened operationally in 6 or 7 weeks ?

Kaz definitely know the buttered side. Much that i've read articles on Tokayev being in Putin's pocket after the CSTO involvement. Kaz main priority is the socio-economic position especially after the recent troubles. Inflationary pressures will be playing their part for all of us but even more critical for the Kaz population. Tax wil be going up to the big boys and hopefully we see the Kleptos being hit too and sharing some of the wealth.

As i've always said, stuff the Divi until they've delivered some real deep success. I'm hoping that was the deciding factor for Satyl's exit and the reason why KO is still doing the swap. Can get the bopd to probably 6-8k from MJF/SY when all wells drilled and if Crude stays above $100 all year then hopefully they'll be speeding up the process. I'd be for them buying more rigs, that's buying not more equity dilution !

Nice to see a few bottom feeders in this morning and hopefully their faith is justified with the next news.

Sanctions intensifying on Russia and Fitch rating to C, one above the bottom default level and the pain increasing. The Grant Shapps news today re Russian jets will put more pressure on the Russian elites, let's hope that something gives to allay the pressure on Ukrainians. Next 24 hours could be catastrophic for Kyiv residents and military and horrible to witness it. God knows what the answer is but Russia allegedly want the Donbas, no NATO membership, neutrality and no arms. If it ends up that way then all the destruction and loss of life would be in vain.

We need new investment to move this on and that will come with the type of news that enables them to go on the beauty parade. A deep success is the most material news and 6 weeks have elapsed since last news. So much to update on -;

KO clan are all in with 1.1bn shares, 48.4% of the company. The debt/equity today hopefully marks the last action from the CP pre releasing news that facilitates sp appreciation and the Divi structure. Why would KO swap $6.2m plus 7% interest in the middle of a geopolitical crisis ? He could take the cash now, not as if he’s not hot enough stock !!

I’m looking forward to seeing a new Investor Presentation based on fact. The sp will appreciate on shallows alone but a seismic shift happens when a commercial deep is confirmed.

Somm, forget the 15th, that's irrelevant. Tomorrow is sign off and the handbrake can off re an operational update. Hopefully its comprehensive and if the right flavour, i'd say that a new IP will be forthcoming as will some well needed PR backed up by great fundamentals.

The buys have it, the buys have it yet the price is down. Tomorrow, the ayes have it, the ayes have it and hopefully that will be the last duck sorted and off we go. Soon know what they've been doing for the last 6 weeks or so.

$131 and going north

Looks like we're joining US re banning Russian oil. Both are small players but every rouble deducted is painful. UK spent £3.6bn on crude/refined oil last year and 556m on gas, we also import minerals. The Economic Crime Bill has also been passed through Commons and likely to become law later this month after Lords agreement.

Germany obviously can't pull away without economic meltdown but if all the players less dependant on Russian oil do the same thing, it will build the pain. If he then threatens to pull the gas, he's slitting his own throat and the journey to total isolation is accelerated.

I believe US go with it as they have contingencies and Venezuela/Iran are backfill options. Not sure about UK but we all need to make plans to wean ourselves from the dependency on Russia, long overdue. Crude is going to spike unless other supply hits the market so better go and fil the more expensive marques before they become too expensive to drive.

Casper are benefitting and will continue to do so as $200 crude becomes a reality and they'll obviously find a home when demand increases.

Everything blue on my current stocks apart from Casper and as far as i can see there's 597k sold and 1m buys ? I'm adding as i believe that swap happens, good news following and some PR to shake out the weary investors like Gritster and others and bring in some new blood.

After almost 15 years, i believe the tide is about to turn in style and not long to find out ;)

We have no choice re receiving their oil unless Russia play the 'STOP' card and that screws them up too as they couldn't sustain it for long. We've got to believe that the sanctions start to bite and the unrest builds within Russia. The Oligarchs, the Russian mafia etc, i'm sure the discontent is building. Add in the disgust from most of the world and Russian leader is being backed into a corner. I'm sure Russians don't want to be isolated from the rest of the world, this isn't the 60s where technology was non existent whereas today 'globalisation' has brought us closer than ever.

I don't see how Putin gets a win out of this if the world continues to shun him and Russia becomes that Pariah state. Putin wanting to go back to the Cold War position where peace was maintained. He can stick that where the sun don't shine and we need to maintain the economic pressure and the new Oligarch bill in the UK on Monday will put further pressure on the Russian elite, effectively UK closed for dirty business.

The swap is a done deal. I did ask CC whether i could scan 4 proxy forms but his response, 'sadly not but thanks anyway'.

Caspian is undervalued and as per Un's post yesterday, it's not rocket science as to why the sp is where it's at regardless of fundamentals. It would've been good for the company to have released a note to quell investor fears, on the lines of -;

We are continuing to sell our oil through the Russian pipelines but have other options should that route not be viable. We are benefitting from the current crude prices, both export and domestic which is enabling the company to accelerate operational activity which will help the company's transition to our goal as a mid sized OE business. We have all the Proxy votes in and we will announce the results tomorrow. We also look forward to updating you on our latest operational results shortly'

That would calm nerves and good news will help too ! I couldn't help myself and have added a few more over the last few days, probably one of the few buyers out there today. We'll soon see how undervalued this company really is.

If they shut us down it would be chaos in Europe and brings us closer to military conflict with Russia. All our economies would crash as we’re all connected. We have to wean ourselves off the dependency and find other solutions, it’s our fault that we’ve let it get this far but crossroads are reached and we’re at one. Just got to look at alternatives through this decade to even out the playing field.

Let’s see what Casper have to say post tomorrows meeting. Positive news on production will continue to improve the fundamentals but will the market shun the company as too risky. They will need to go on the PR offensive and get the story out and mitigate the ‘risk’ element as not involved in the Ukraine situation and no intention to do so. Kaz open to foreign trade, actually more open to it, especially with China eying up the opportunities.

ODS, yep, unfortunately it's impossible as EU is dependant on it, especially Germany. Russia has us on that front and it's crazy that we've allowed it to happen but no option now but to wean ourselves off it. Need to create new supply lines from other sources whilst accelerating the renewables options.

Somm, you want to keep away from sharp objemcts ! ;) KO will do the conversion on Wednesday and yep new stock allocated but what's that got to do with the the sp ? he ain't selling them and Caspian are $6.2m better off and $420k pa of additional cashflow. It's like a new institutional holder joining the game, buying 139m shares @ 3.2p, i think we'd all welcome that. KO getting stock to the value of $6.9m (139m @ 3.8p @ $ spot of 1.31 = $6.9m). He's lost out 5.7% on the dollar spot price too so he's 8 million shares light, not small beer.

I've had comms with Clive to advise that my little pile won't be voting with the motion as i've missed deadline and can't scan docs, have to be sent in the post ! Not a problem was the reply and i would say that conversion will happen without issue and a strong buy signal as if he had any reservation, he'd take the cash.

Also re sales of oil. I've not been advised that oil not being sold and don't see anything on the larger players either. This sp won't go to low 3ps unless KO pulled out of the swap or they issued a load of bad news. If oil routes affected, they'll advise and look to sell elsewhere and they'll advise when and where.

C'mon Casper, i ant to understand why KO wants another slug and why the Al Marris bought in.

Bank of America analysts noted that if Russia's oil is cut off, the market could face a 5 million barrel shortfall which could push oil prices to $200 per barrel.

The situation is compacted by stalling talks with Iran over a potential new nuclear deal.

Amrita Sen, the co-founder of Energy Aspects, a think tank, explained, "Iran was the only real bearish factor hanging over the market but if now the Iranian deal gets delayed, we could get to tank bottoms a lot quicker especially if Russian barrels remain off the market for long."
