Not the full day Julie, close of play on 5 consecutive days. Both say the same but this is from the second RNS:
"which can only be exercised following the Company's closing middle market share price being above 7p per Ordinary Share for five consecutive days". It wouldn't surprise me one bit to see the MM's pull this back below 5p by Friday night to prevent the warrants vesting.

adv11, I get a lot of stick about my name. I've had it a long time, I won't bore you with the history. The reason I haven't changed it is to remind me, and anyone else reading it, that you can't take anyone too seriously on these boards because you've no idea who they are or what their agenda is. Like you, I've lost serious money on AIM oilers (HAWK, TRP, VOG, there are others, and don't get me started on diamond miners...) but I'm also a LTH of TW. and SAR so I've been relatively lucky overall. Like you, I'm accumulating dividend-paying shares, and also investment trusts, funds, REIT's. I don't limit myself to quarterly payers, my broker allows me to hold cash in my ISA so I can keep payments in there until I need to draw them down. I use my SIPP to accumulate growth shares, Trusts etc. as I don't need to draw that down for now.
I don't plan to post much in here, there's very little to say really, but I'll pop in from time to time. Unlike you, I quite enjoy reading seen_it_done_it's gentle ramps, I don't think he's had a great time with his investments and I hope GSF will help him recover some losses. If his posts irritate you that much, you could filter him easily enough as you've advised him to do. Your call, I'm not trying to tell you what to do. If nothing else, the pair of you have made me feel a bit younger and I'm no spring chicken I can tell you!

Important that we establish a new support level after the rises we've seen. The SP has just tested the previous year-high 7.20 and bounced back strongly, that seems pretty encouraging to me. With the current volatility it could be tested again though.

Our Board is playing an absolute blinder here! All the cards in SAR's hands now, no more silly talk about a sell-out at 20p. Let's hope we soon see the emergence of HNWI the Second, or Henry Plantagenet for the history buffs on here!

Looks like the HNWI will be able to tick off the first day of their 5 consecutive days to claim the warrants - good luck to them. I think we can all agree their investment has benefitted all of us.

Just picking up again on your comment about private equity. There's an editorial piece in today's Shares Magazine (it's behind a paywall so I can't post a link) which describes the likely targets for private equity swoops. They don't include TW, or any of the builders, but nevertheless it is certainly food for thought. With the current, and foreseeable, shortages of materials and labour supply, it's difficult to see how they could drive any short-term improvements out of the landbank to improve things here though?

adv11, I've looked back to all the posts since the one from Bobsdad. You gave your feedback on the PrimaryBid app, I stated what I would want from such a product before I would use it. That wasn't intended as a criticism of what you had written - please read it again, it's not addressed to/at you. If you've taken it the wrong way, I'm happy to apologise and move on, wipe the slate clean. I don't have any issues with you or your position on this. You said some pretty unpleasant things about me, none of which are true or warranted, and I retaliated. I wish I'd let it go but there you are, it is what it is.

Tipped in Shares Magazine this morning, buy at 235p:
