JP Morgan has dropped their target sp from 870 to 710 (see above). They've lowered their target on several builders this morning, hence the sector is down (not just BDEV). Yield close to 6% now based on previous dividends, of course they're also committed to reducing the amount of dividend cover so potentially increasing pay-outs if business continues to flourish.

Solley1, you haven't been losing anything if you haven't sold. And of course you're still in line to collect the next dividend - XD Thursday.

Nice to hear from you sidi, glad you're ok. I've decided to hold tight for the time being, see what plays out here. As others have said, it's not all bad news and there must be huge scope for investments in alternative power supplies with oil and gas prices at these levels. It just seems like they're making everything more complicated than it needs to be though. Pay us 2p divi a quarter if you can afford it, if there's anything left over pay a special divi - simples! If you need more money for investments, offer existing shareholders and City types discounted shares - it's not rocket science is it? Anyway, we'll see how it turns out & decide after that. Pretty shocking RNS from Gore Street this morning. New shares may or may not be issued at a price to be determined if and when they are issued, and/or C shares issued at 100p; target dividends will be set depending on an average NAV over a financial year, at the discretion of the Board, so we'll have no idea what they'll be until declared; the limit on borrowings will rise; the Directors currently hold 139,996 shares between them so have very little skin in the game (0.04% of the company). No wonder the market doesn't like it. For the first time since I bought here I'm considering reducing my holding or selling down completely.

Thanks Harecramp, that is very interesting as you say. It pretty much confirms where I thought we were in terms of engagement with Gove, and also that other HB's are more at risk of fallout than TW. Of course the govt will never accept that they were primarily at fault for Grenfell and everything that has arisen from it, but they'll have to move further if they're going to avoid concerted legal action from developers IMHO.

It's the same with 90% of companies on AIM. I've said this before, but if it was easy to turn a fledgling company with a tiny mcap into a multi £bn organisation, then everybody would be doing it. I know I couldn't, and you're clearly not because you wouldn't be wasting so much of your time ****ging off a company you're not invested in. I think it could be close this year adv11, but in the mean time if it allows us to buy shares on the cheap one quarter of the year then there is at least the opportunity to add some more. 120 / 121 now, the US House pledge of $13.6bn for Ukraine aid seems to have steadied the ship a bit, although it seems a bit premature to be going full risk-on mode for now.

at this level is over 6.5% and with the share buy-backs this is looking appealing again. Personally I would rather have had the special divi but even without it the investment case is quite strong from here.

Another interesting acquisition for BLV announced this morning. Not easy to work out if/how much this relatively small buy could impact the share price going forward hence, I guess, no reaction on the market this morning. Massive potential though, in my view, given 2-3 years to develop within the existing business.

For info, beware of this eejit, he's a serial disruptor. Paid or otherwise, he goes round numerous bb's posting negative nonsense trying to get a reaction. Last week he posted "Jesus sought out your spelling, did you go to school??" which tells you everything you need to know.
