If the company needs more time to arrange a CVA or to restructure then they will have to pay this quarter rents - simple. If funding isn't in place and no deal agreed then the risk is that th rents will not be paid on Monday - simple. We will know by Monday one way or the other. I hope for employees, concessions and suppliers/landlords it's a deal. If some remember I top sliced on a recent spike so I am more interested in the company surviving than personal gain. Most shareholders are sitting on losses already and most shorters could bank their profits anytime.
