Such a shame what is happening here - obviously the market now thinks there will be no value left for shareholders once disposals happen and debts are repaid. As for the spread... 0.05p - 0.5p - that's some spread... gla

Well having an ISA was the best decision I made especially when Fitbug went up from sub 1p to 26p (although I did sell out at 5p and traded a few times on the spike).. ditto MAC recently... hence why I stay invested here - Totally is quite capable of having a 100% same day rise - especially if a takeover approach happens further down the line - however a consolidation may mean less significant movements and the penny share punters may look elsewhere. Re Steve - I have to be honest and admit I have not been keeping tads on the posts this week so will look - but agree if he has now been honest about his reason(s) for making the constant "advise" to newbies to stay away - it's best if others avoid or keep him on filter. I mostly trade in my tax free pension SIPP (which has the downside of that I can't touch it until I'm 56 at the earliest).. but don't you have an ISA ?? Regards

I think a few of us will now be close to break even or even in profit (!) and reconsidering their positions... IF the share price continues to move up on Tuesday then i'll probably top slice but definitely not exiting... (it's just possible there may be a pull back post consolidation so might be the time to be a tad more active in the trading here) Everyone have a great bank holiday! GLA

..trend - are consolidations more common now?

I can think of two reasons for the consolidation .. 1) makes another placing further down the road more likely ie. if it's required - better at 10p than 0.1p (hope not) and 2) hopefully the share price spread will be less ie. currently showing as 0.25p - 035p and I doubt it will be showing 25p - 35p post consolidation (again I hope not). Also perhaps it's the tread or a key demand of the new investors?

Welcome - and the recent news has definitely relighted interest here with good volume, solid buying and a ticking up share price...

I suppose the key question is whether this is the right business (model) move or not? I always thought this was a long term investment (albeit i have traded it depending on the share priice) and at least the company will be around for a while now ... but the risks are obvious gl

Shame the company will not issue another RNS on "reason or no reason for share price movement" !!!

It's the way of the market - share price soars and rampers out in force - share price tanks and derampers out in force... if you believe in the long term here then take this opp to buy more... it's been a great trading share hasn't it and we knew a RNS was coming (so the "rampers" had a legit message here) but I did wonder about the buy on rumour - sell on news option as you see it all the time on AIM gl

I'm glad the company pointed out the key point i made a few days ago, that the current net assets are £850k - you do need to look at the balance sheet before investing imo.. however still hold a few here as they were "free" shares and thought 15p was coming but wiill now tuck them away because it could be a month or two before the next significant news - agree probably oversold .. 6-7p maybe for the time being but who knows! gla

Thank you for the calcs .. but actually it could work the other way. For example, MAC free float is around 40% and after the RNS on Friday re planning approval, small investors piled in and the share price rose from 2.5p to 10p.. so a rush for shares on a low free float - on good news - could cause a spike here at a later date... but your general point that swings will be less common is right gl

Going to have to think about this - mixed news really... good that the company is able to raise this sort of amount (but what is it for?)... I suppose some will be happy to see Mr Sinclair leave... the placing is at 17.5p (0.175p) so is at a discount and not sure it provides value for shareholders... consolidation is fine except the share price could fall from 17.5p.. not so easy from 0.175p.. What is needed is MORE CONTRACTS but perhaps news is coming hence the ability to raise this amount (fingers crossed) gla

Well I'm probably going to hold off buying any more - at least until any decent news - averaging down works sometimes but can leave you over committed if it goes pear shaped... gla

Understand why you are buying at this level but I wouldn't get too exposed at the moment until the company updates us on renewals and/or new contracts - a lot depends on maintaining current revenue levels and winning new sources of revenue going forward... however it''s hard to see a placing happening at this level...
