To be honest, I have no idea how soon a director has to report a trade... it's 0.5% of the share issue (my calculation) so maybe a holding RNS instead? Still - not a bad trade is it? Someone is still hopeful here........

You know that I have also traded this share in the past - and had a far larger exposure 1-2 years ago so although I "like" the company/sector I will not stay just for staying sake... btw you have been here almost as long as I have so there must be some sentimental towards this company from your part... too...

I can understand why you want to see some news/share price movement and now have set a date were you might decide to exit - I'll probably will stay for the foreseeable future although may add/reduce depending on news flow.. getting very wary of AIM in general - issuing new shares seems to be one of the rules to be on this market! Enjoy the sunny weather - seems like it is here for the week - perhaps some sunshine will appear here next week too..

Just noticed the RNS (and no comments on here?)... not sure what to make of it... hopefully it's not related to the new appointment recently.. maybe trying to strengthen the board by the company by replacing 1-2 directors or simply he decided he wanted to move on.. Jezz... suspended due to being unable to get their results out by the 30th September - W H Y ??? The worrying point though is that I suspect IPSA will not be the only listed AIM share coming up with this "excuse" over the next week...

Explode soon? Why? You do know why the share price has fallen? SUSPENSION OF OPERATIONS!!! Maybe there will be a trading opportunity at some point but please don't kid yourself this is only going back up or is a risk free one way ticket... IF the operations are only suspended for one month and that's the only issue - "fine" and there is a decent cash pile but personally if I decided to invest here (again) it would not be yet and it would only be for a small amount gl

I'll look tomorrow and get back to you - there are so many AIM shares dormant at the moment and due news - many will issue their interims/finals in the next week so might be topping up all over the place lol - hopefully Totally will give me a reason to add but quite happy with the share price reaction since the consolidation - close to breakeven now and it would be nice to be back in profit here sooner rather than later gl

I think the trouble is that if you are an accountant like me and a mere mortal - reading the financial statements today would give you an impression that cash is strong - revenue is increasing - and the company is doing "fine". It's only looking deeper and the track record of Chinese related AIM companies in general that you realise everything is not rosy in the garden here. Obviously the elephant in the room is the one month suspension and I have no idea how much damage this will do to the company reputation and future revenue. I suppose they might survive due to cash position IF the suspension is lifted sooner rather than later but even at this price I wouldn't either hold more than a token amount here or would only look for a trading opportunity - definitely not one to hold long term and watching for the time being gla

Famous last words yesterday... bit embossed but I wasn't to know results would be out today... market reaction a bit harsh imo and topped up early today... still got a personal £3 target but pushed out to April-May next year gla

Well the share price held up quite well considering... the next 3-4 months here are vital and I don't think any further profit warnings will be forgiven by the stock market.... any further bad news equals 50-80p imo

..not sure twitter is the best place to advertise for nurses - and it may be for replacements - but hopefully it's for either a new contract or renewal(s)... news soon hopefully..

At least not suspended so if you want out you are able to. Invested here a while back and amazing how many Chinese related AIM companies have had problems over the year's. Will watch on the sidelines for now gla

..except myfairlady did mention four parties involved in the subscription - so quite possible a further RNS is pending today/Monday re holdings... all I will say about 1 trades is that SOME are legit and MM code for a RNS but definitely not all - have a great weekend everyone.. fingers crossed for news later this month.
