To be fair, I am talking about 2 years ago and recall a subsequent placing (I think at 42p) ... but the company has options - it could sell a further chuck of its golfing rights to reduce debt and it wouldn't take many live nation tie ups to make a big difference to the bottom line ... and look at the market value......

Two reasons imo - low free float and major seller exited and sudden interest/demand post RNS yesterday and also company has been proactive cutting back overheads which means they will benefit from any material new contracts.. also premium placing at 156p (!) a while back so longer term shareholders probably will want to see some eventual return... personally think company may sell golf rights and focus on music OR maybe split company in two???

Sure, he usually tweets around 9am and then 5-10 times during the day (not got my mobile at the moment so no access to twitter daytimes until next week)

Count me down for 0.5% - I always knew decent volume would move this - agree some AIM shares coming back to life - my portfolio includes TLY (up 100% from low) FITB (up 50% from low) still got some WSG/AVO and convinced good times ahead for a fair few AIM shares - that's not to say there are still some dogs around

Yes, there have been placings in the past but mainly director loans so at least he has a financial interest for this company to continue and succeed gl

Cheers guys - so glad not to be on my own here anymore... of course still high risk but it wouldn't take much news to move this up imo... 2 golf events due sponsorship in 2016 - possible disposal of more of the golfing rights - and possible expansion of the live nation music tie up to name three possible events to re-rate this bombed out share. Risks of course including another possible placing although you would hope the company is motivated enough to push the share price higher before coming to the market for any placing gl

That's probably the big sell trade that caused the recent drop - now mopped up by recent purchases... now (hopefully) onwards and upwards IF the buying continues... might add myself early next month gl

I don't think there's that many and anyway most are interested in the share price movement and thinking whether to invest or not... oh, and come on tradingstock247 - you seem to post on virtually all AIM shares (well it seems like it) surely you cannot be holding them all?

..high p/e ration.. riddler - you keep highlighting your concerns imo we should always get both sides on any thread for balance and for making investment decisions..

So why is the accounts in the chinese currency? No strong opinion either way although net asset value is showing at £ 29 million but earnings are low (low PE ratio atm)... also agree with riddler that there have been some shockers over the last 2 years with Chinese related or based companies and their accounts... however we should not tar all these companies with the same brush but be wary of scoopit and stories until confirmed by the company. I am leaning towards making a small investment here but will have a target to get out and not get over-exposed gla

Hopefully you have timed it just right - not spoken to David Ciclitira but investor relations a few times without must success (all shareholders will be communicated with news at the same time line)... can't believe someone has sold today at 9.5p - just a little more patience is required imo

No point digging at one another - focus on the merits or otherwise of the company! (agree scoopit appears to issue red herrrings like confetti) at least there s/b a "reason or no reason" RNS at this rate... haven't DYOR here and learnt from the past not to pile in without some pros and cons to read though first.. Agree, there's a low free float and any decent volume will move the share price significantly (works the other way sometimes like on Monday when it dropped 20-30% for no apparent reason).. I also agree that IF the golf is sealed for 2016 and IF there is a growing music business - then the share price is dirt cheap at this level. The risks are a) company has debt (ditto most companies) and a further placing cannot be ruled out although i suspect the company is being pro-active because it needs a higher share price before it can pull off a worthwhile placing (fine by me).. long termers like me need this to multipy x3, x4 or x5 times to get back to breakeven but if you are new... you might do very well over the next year IF targets are reached gl

At last a RNS and revenue likely from Japanese tour leg for US singer... bit vague but good news none the less..
