They tend to be quite accurate with their stories... and there has to be a reason for the recent rise because, lets be honest, the last financial results and lack of recent news do not really support our current share price... so someone must have a hint that good news is coming.. it does annoy me slightly (not that I am complaining) if there has been a leak - all shareholders should find out at the same time (that was what I was always told when I use to contact nomads)...

The volume here (considering the consolidation) has been substantial over the last week and surely 1-2 holdings RNSs will be issued? Very interesting and demand for shares appears high... what''s going on??

There's a write up of an article on Totally over on Advfn - sorry no access atm.. but explains the pro-activity of Mr Holt and moves to make possible acquisitions in key areas to rapidly expand the company.. might see holding RNSs at some point this week imo... what's for sure is that sentiment is changing and now we just need to see a RNS or two to cement the reason(s) for the recent rise GLA

It's taken me 24 hours, but I have just been able to get back up from the floor...

I don't think MMs need shares but it is good that the share price is sticking were it is so some consolidation and a little strength at last.. now we must have news.. soon... as for the NHS and the black hole, my answer is simple (yes health coaching will help but it's only one sensible measure CCGs should take)... put 1p on national insurance - put half or £2 billion into the NHS but with further savings at the middle management level... and put the other half into rising the weekly threshold by £15 to £172 so that only those earning near £20,000 will actually start to pay more.. I know putting a tax up is left wing but it's worth it if a) it solves the NHS funding issue and b) helps the low paid pay less NI with us middle earners perhaps paying another £10 per month..

Having log in problems with HL otherwise would have got some by now - and off to meeting shortly - will be buying.. promise! (just hope share price isn't higher just yet)

Not srue what to say except if your view is correct - Wendy should have been the first out of the door when Bob Holt was appointed Chairman - so either he is happy with her or perhaps (more likely) she is being given more time in the job but with his eyes fixed firmly on the new B2B direction... let's wait and see..

Isn't it to do with your view to risk? I could have £10k locked up in Shell but don't expect the share price to move much over a year - with any AIM company it's likely to move 20-50% up or down within an one year period. The risks are higher ... but so are the potential rewards... (my point is that rich people also invest in penny shares .. not just the odd small time trader although obviously the majority of AIM investors are probably not putting too much in to any one share) gl

Oh, and you were the one calling for Wendy to leave - so does it depend on who resigns? If these appointments mean the company leadership is stronger going forward it's a big plus for shareholders - and it's not as if the two directors who resigned will suddenly be on the dole (hint hint - separate job at commutations for one)

I try to be balanced but was backing this company 1-2 years ago - I recall a spike to around 18-19p then a gradual fall back..the share price is currently around a record low? I hope it gets relisted and everything is sorted out - I like SNAK because it has the merits of a classic recovery stock - just taken far longer with more risks than expected.. my advice to you (if taken) is wait for the share to be relisted (if it is just down to late results then it will be back soon) - see how the market reacts - note any other news/update from the company - then make a decision. I will be monitoring as might reinvest but like most AIM shares - carrys risk gl
