Up 10% now... decent purchases.. definitely not falling back post consolidation as is the norm for most shares... all very encouraging...

I have lost count of the number of times various AIM companies have been suspended due to not issuing their accounts within the SIX MONTHS deadline. Looks dreadful here now... best case as heavy dilution and relisting and worse case is admin and one/two of the directors probably looking at making an offer for parts of the business imo.. Cookaburrow - your warnings over the years have been spot on.. Personally been in and out of this share over the years - not invested at the moment (was about to get back in pre results) so best of luck to all current shareholders that it will get this sorted out... 50/50 ??

Think positive! We have a higher share price post consolidation - a new well known pro-active chairman - new backers each holding 9% of the share issue... and to top it off - you might get a cheque for 20p in the post soon!

Contract win worth more than the current market value (although over a year and not sure about the margins).. Still I reckon the share price might be north of £ 3.00 later today! gla

No idea - could be the nominee holding company for Bob Holt or a new investor via the placing? Should be less free float and less wild movements going forward (something get_rick_quick commented on recently)... IMO now is not the time to sell if you can hold for another 6-12 months - however I repeat, it;s just my opinion

Seneca Partners hold 9% of the share issue! Getting interesting....?

My guess is that he acknowledges that if the company can met their internal targets for their new business model - the company might become a takeover target and he will make a decent profit from his recent subscription... he probably likes the challenge and if he is successful (alongside the team) we will all benefit via a hgiher share price..but I am not expecting overnight success gl

Good to note that Bob Holt as Chairman has 600,000 shares (6% of share issue) post consolidation - hopefully the other directors will add to their holdings at a later date..

Wow, the share price is the highest its ever been - 9900% is impressive! lol I know it's post consolidation before the complaints come in.... shame the spread is still the same... 25p - 27p would be justified imo gla

We will have to wait and see what happens after consolidation... although my HHR (now Redde) shares did ok and are still going northwards so you never know gla

Fair point - we do not know if contracts have been won, lost or extended - but any news is (usually) better than none

Apparently all votes carried and meeting was brief... (see Advfn) .. the positive news is that news on contracts likely soon and work starting on the new services gla

Come on .. we need some news! It's ok working on a new business model but contracts still need to be maintained/won to ensure the company can generate the cash flow/funds to assit with new projects going forward - I really hope the eyes are still on the ball re health coaching contracts gla

Yes I know - NAV was 32p not long ago... then 21p... then 9p... now 2-3p... so that's why even if every property was sold - no guarantee there would be anything left for shareholders... appears the bank(s) wants their loans repaid even if it means the Trust has to sell quickly and not at the best price...
