If you truely believe this - then why on earth don't you sell up and grab what money you have left in here? Just seems very strange to stay in a share you have little positive to say about - but each to their own I suppose..

Seems like my new £1.50 target might have to be revised at this rate... just wary some might start to take profits at some point but probably not yet gla

I seem to remember this question comes around every year... the company simply wishes to have the option of issuing new shares (ditto 90% of companies have similar resolutions at their AGMs)... I do agree though that it wouldn't surprise me if there is another placiing within 12-18 months but at least we are not PTV etc who issue new shares almost every week like confetti - this is AIM and it's the most available/valid way of raising new funds

Please don't put words in my mouth (that's how it comes across to me) YOU decide if you want to vote for or against any/all of the AGM resolutions - I am 99.9% likely to vote for all/most of the resolutons - I was simply trying to highlight the issue that we should always review and consider our choices not just automatically tick yes gla

Just to be clear though, I am not saying vote against any resolutions - I am saying it's always an option. No shareholder of any company should blindly tick the yes box (if they vote) and, for example, I voted against various resolutions at the Co-op AGM recently... comments on a BB will have little effect on any company imo but turning up at an AGM and voicing an option may....

I thought last week we would get to £1 and now we have blown way pass that level!! (as news sinks in).. my new target is £1.50 but will not get greedy if reached... gla

We can always vote against reappointing x director(s) or any other resolution.. I sometimes think we forget to use our powers - I always think long and hard before putting my X in the yes/no or for/against box. (whatever company I have a vote on)

Re comment earlier £1.09p is the 52 week high but £9 is the all time high if you factor in the share consolidation of several years ago (would have to look back if it was 10 for 1 or different but I recall a share price of around 8-9p pre consolidation).. What I do know is that there is significant potential upside here over the next 2-3 years if profits continue to recover and I presume todays news makes it less likely that another consolidation or share placing is around the corner... unless there's an acquisition at a later date....................

Apologies I was being a bit flippant.. without much news flow I have drawn the conclusion that sometimes if you got nothing (new) to say it's best to say nothing at all - although I don't like any discussion board being dominated by either bullish or bearish opinions... IMO news has to be due soon and at least the AGM is around the corner... I'll tell you what though - although I back my investments (perhaps blindly sometimes) IF I change my opinion - I will not hang around - I will sell - move on - stop posting - and perhaps look in further down the road for a new buying opportunity. That's appears to be the difference in the posters here... you simply do not have to stick around if you have virtually given up on the company/management imho - there's enough opportunities out there on AIM eg. done very well with STY today - a share that always had potential but was held back by one balance sheet issue - things can change overnight with virtually any company/share and Totally has the potential - and tbh we don't know what is going on in the background - could be quite a bit of news flow in the works or it could be a painful summer... time will tell gla

Difficult to predict fair value but north of £1 seems fair since the sector is recovering - the order book is up - and less preference share interest will be payable going forward gl

TBH only been posting on a handful of shares but been in and out of STY over the years and the preference share issue has been holding both the company and the share price back.... no longer!

Great RNS - although I have to read it a few times to fully understand but obviously the long term cloud of the preference shares appears to have been sorted - the balance sheet strengthen - and STY now has a 27% shareholder... I don't pump shares BUT it wouldn't surprise me to see £1 today.... gla

Several have ended - several renewed - several extended (NHS England) and several won - ditto 99% of most companies... if investors are not aware of the high risk of any AIM share they really should not be investing in the first place!

So 1 lost and 4 under evaluation? Well in the interest of balance and providing the full picture - how about adding the number of contracts won over this period too? (I would have thought it would be the most important element for a shareholder to note)

You know what I meant - the company does not "survey" patients... perhaps Wendy would be interested to know that 's the perceived business model!!!!!!!!

I wonder if another poster has actually read the Annual Report? Were does it say the company just survery patients? Answer - it doesn't. Totally health coaches work individually with patients and many are upset when their coaching ends due to the company having to work with new patients.. it's down in black and white within the report. Also of course contracts start - continue - and end WITH ALL COMPANIES. Finally how do you know that Medvivo are miles ahead of Totally unless you actually know the company somehow? It's more likely that they are experts in certain fields and Totally in their own health coaching fields. This is a growing sector and i'm just concerned with what my investment is doing not what others may be up to... all companies have competitors!

In the interest of balance perhaps you can recall and list the reasons you (apparently) invested here in the first place because you are seriously annoying your fellow shareholders now imho

Are you seriously holding shares here? Seriously? (because you spend all your time trying to talk this company down imo)
