I guess until we get the next RNS we will all have our own opinions and concerns.. I do wonder why the Nomad cannot arrange for a placing here NOW (IF NEEDED) as I guess most PIs here would take part in subscribing for new shares at (say) 2p or 3p... maybe it will be an option if no offers are put on the table. However I also expect some cheeky low ball offers and it is up to the company to take it or leave it... My best guess is there will be a merger or a third party will take a 29% stake at 5-10p .. however, we could all be wide of the mark !!

..looking less likely... hopefully any fund raising (presuming company still goes down this route) will not require shares to be issued..

Thanks and I also agree with your reasons - apologies obviously I have not held for too long so not an expert re the history of the company but good to note some decent shareholders/share holdings. I agree very unlikely that funding will not be secured - especially for £500k - and I guess the original parties wanted to agree funding via a share issue - at a discount - and the share price would not allow it to happen without a substantial dilution of current holders. Now this is looking less higher any way with a higher share price and possible take over options for the company to consider - will be an interesting few days gl

There is a connection in my opinion - however loose and it is this. If the company was fully funded it would not need to consider proposals for a merger or takeover... it would be able to fund to full production without any "help" from elsewhere. However because the company requires short term funding urgently (and more for the medium term) it has no choice in my opinion to look at the option of a takeover. If it gets the funding - why the need to consider a takeover at all? Remember companies are usually very clever in wording their RNSs.. (this is a general point). However if funding is secured and/or an offer made - we shareholders will not care as we should see a premium share price..

The truth (I think) is that we are in the dark until the next RNS. Don't forget there is also the option of a merger and if nothing materialises then I guess funding might be via a share issue (at what price..).. understand we all want the best option but the company obviously needs this resolved asap one way or the other .. but who knows.. advance123 might be right and a 10p plus offer is on the table tomorrow.. rather be in than out though :-)

You are probably right - but one way of reading it is "we will not give you funding but we will offer to take you over..". Sorry I am just trying to read between the lines... I like to consider all view points - whether invested or not gl

I will read all the recent RNSs again BUT I am looking at last weeks RNS about having to ask new parties (shareholders etc) for the short term funding - look at it this way - no short term funding makes this look like a distress call ie. a discounted takeover imho... get the short term funding sorted then the company is in a very strong position and any offers will have to be at a premium. Can they really wait 28 days to get funding sorted? Personally I doubt it.. but we can all read RNSs differently and I still hold gl

The only target I care about at the moment is seeing that little red dot flashing confirming short term funding has been sorted - I expected this on Monday... now it is Wednesday... not too stressed just yet but the longer it takes... they need to sort this out promto ... then boom..

Sadly the same old posters appear on any share price rise with daft share price targets (daft because they never give us reasons for their target)... this is still high risk until funding news and I guess we are (should) all aware of this fact - hence why I invested - it is only a small amount and what I can afford to lose. Why some need to tell us how much they have invested or how much profit (never a loss) they have made is beyond me - as if we care. I guess it makes them feel good ... I do however see upside but we need funding news asap imo gl

Interesting question is - why now (for review and possible takeover offers)? I guess the company will get decent offers if short term funding is secured - no funding equals low ball offers (unlikely). Maybe short term funding is secured but the longer term funding is not so certain hence the possible need for merger or take over? Maybe I am reading it wrong but at least shareholders are now 99% likely to get a reasonable return here... maybe even a good premium gl

I don't think it is wise for this "source" to suggest shareholders are stupid.. but I agree dilution is a better option than zero value!

A nice break above 8p today with virtually no volume... could just be MIN being dragged upwards along with the markets.. but maybe news is coming?

Why not take your anger out on the company - BoD - misleading RNSs that a (resigned) Nomad allowed .. instead of any particular poster here!!! BTW NONE of us appears able to stop posting - even when it has been clear for weeks any return was 99.9% unlikely - the only way some here - including me - will stop posting will be if admin do the decent thing and take this thread off LSE... otherwise SCB will still be here in 2020 and beyond - and I am not kidding! Sad day but great find by Parkez..

I will not respond to any more comments from Bloch... however IF he continues to post .. then your assumption will be proven incorrect and I will expect an apology.. ok! When I did not post for 3-4 weeks recently... he continued to post..SCB continues to post... I agree you can ignore their nonsense... but not when I recall events differently..
