Well results due by this Friday (probably will be 2.30pm on the 30th as per usual!)... So the key question is whether the 60% share price rise last week was a) an attempted pump to dump b) rumours of an acquisition/deal c) some buying in case the results are decent/outlook good or all three! I doubt the share price will be 18p by the end of next week... it will either be back down to 10-12p or perhaps north of 25p.. depends on the company update... gl holders...

Thank you for giving me an good answer - I only have a sub 10p average small holding here as part of a range of AIM/small cap shares I hold - I simply see this as a potential recovery stock - sometimes I call it right and sometimes I call it wrong. A17 - of course you can have a bear case - no issue there - but I would hope that you post here because you may consider an investment at some stage in the cycle of this company/sector - if not, what's the point!

Sorry it is YOU that is not answering questions - ie I asked at what price would you remove your "strong sell" opinion? I suggested sub 5p - well over to you... as for the debt - well what company on AIM or small cap market doesn't have debt? (answer: probably 75%) What company with debt doesn't have maturity dates in which to either repay it - extend it - restructure it? Yes it is a concern - but no more on any other AIM/small cap investment I have that carry debt. (and actually the answer has to come from the company - not any mere poster here!)

Instead of being insulting - why not LOOK for the figure then - jezz and you post here 24/7 and do not know that the 30 April unaudited consolidated balance sheet (assets/liabilities) figure is 55,037 million (I did actually put 54,037 in error) so a bigger WOW! Last interim results RNS if you need "help" to look. I agree -as an accountant - you should not always take figures in the financial statements as read - this applies to most small cap companies - and I am obviously not able to audit them - but the valuation is there in black and while - ok? Whether if anything was realised they would end up with £55 million to distribute to shareholders - I doubt it - but it makes the current market value appear a tad oversold to say the least.

Well as an accountant I look at the figures and apparently at 30 April the balance sheet shows 54,037 million - far higher than current market value. Of course many other factors have to be considered - positive and negative - but the POTENTIAL for upside is there isn't it? I would be interested to know at what price A17 or TF would consider an entry point or at least remove the strong sell opinion - sub 5p? BTW sunny today were I am so not going to spend too much time online - something that I feel some on LSE (not here) have an issue with - how did we cope pre internet? Anyway the share price is not going to move is it until tomorrow lol gla

There must be 1,000 AIM shares (and similar number of small cap) on the market... so were would you put MIN on the chart - well definitely not the safest share .. but not the riskiest either... from 1 being ultra safe to 10 being about to go bust.. I personally would put MIN around 7... it could become less risky if the development goes ahead and debt is restructured but it also could be far more risky if debt talks either fail or there is substantial dilution... my point is that for those who continue to warn us about the risks here - we are aware thanks - and perhaps going on the countless other threads to warn of risks elsewhere would be better than just concentrating on the one small share.. imho

Well I did say I might reinvest at 35p and it's looking like I will get my entry price although I might hold off in case this is not the floor - really sorry for current holders.. I guess some are selling out after digesting the profits warning - and also the PE ratio is still high. However, it might be worth holding/investing IF you think the management will turn this around - but I wouldn't put too much in here until matters are clearer. Julian38 - I really hope we don't go back to square one and 15p - but share price weakness is likely to continue in the short term at least

I'm sorry for going a tad OTT as I appreciate alternative views - it is needed and of course an opinion on any company can change over time depending on current issues/outlook/share price. I am just passionate about my holdings so can get my back up - when really all we are talking about is different views. However I would be interested to know why you have changed your mind and what "disaster" you are expecting? A further profits warning? Debt concerns? Lack of funding for this development? Currency/drop in tourism? Personally I would also say sell at 12p + but at the moment - at this low share price - I see some upside. We will know soon enough..

BTW the drop in the share price is down to two reasons in my opinion - as volume is low. 1) perhaps a rumour of a delay - three months apparently (not sure that is so shocking .. PFP have been waiting years) and 2) short termers expecting immediate news and getting out as they cannot hold a share for more than five minutes..

My reason for being here is simple - I have a small holding .. your reason (20 posts out of 22 this month)?? If you wish to communicate with others here at least have the decency to be honest why you post on a share you do not hold! I will NEVER understand it - I have enough shares in my portfolio - so spread my risk - to post on without going out of my way posting on shares I do not hold or probably will never hold .. jezzz... Still you are right - being in so many shares means I cannot be an expert on them all - I am not a professional trader but have done well over the years ie. picking Helphire and investing big time sub 1p before it soared to 17p - we all have winners... and losers... As for MIN I simply see this as a higher risk POTENTIAL recovery share - which has news pending - which MAY mean a significant re-rate of the share price. If I am wrong - fine - I can deal with it. I wonder if you can deal with possible losing out on a decent profit here though??? 50/50...

Look, this is a high risk share and I am sure all SHAREHOLDERS (why anyone else is interested so much is beyond me except perhaps they monitor for a buy opp) are fully ware of this fact. As for selling out - well depends on whether you are after an quick buck aka gambling or will hold for a reasonable period aka investment as except there will be up and down days - like all shares. As for the decision - who knows! Could be today - next week - next month - or three months time BUT at least we know there will be a decision!!

Well remember that the few shareholders here have down very well over the last 2-3 years - personally sold out a while back and admit was amazed of continued share price strength - share price looks back to reality now...

Your answer to the drop yesterday MAY be related to posts over on Advfn - there was a post yesterday about possible LFL sales dropping .. tbh not going into the debate about whether this effected the share price or not but cannot recall anyone ever mentioning a drop in LFL sales on any company prior to a RNS but sure someone will pull me up and correct me... btw plenty of retail companies have seen a fall in LFL sales over the last year (especially clothing) but I guess it's how a company deals with it that;s key.. ie. seems like Morrisons are starting to get their act together.. hopefully Craw can too...

My guess is this will drop to mid 30s before gradually going back up... 50p plus is fair value imho until further news - just my opinion... it would be good if directors started buying some shares... then we really should see a bounce back... unlikely to get back to 80p though for some time GLA

Really CRAW - you are blaming Brexit as one of the reasons for your profits warning? Give me a break - we have not even started talks yet so it's an insult to blame Brexit! Morrisons issued their results today - and Brexit has had NO impact (yet). Isn't it amazing how sentiment can change on just one single RNS? This has been a multi-bagger over the last 2-3 years and many shareholders have made decent profits but if you are still holding - some of this has been wiped out in an instant - for the time being... I don't see a problem with the company surviving ... but it will need to be proactive now and going forward to adapt to market changes...
