Yet there are probably a dozen similar poor performing companies in the sector.. His issue seems to be using parties like Darwin to borrow money that will eventually be converted into shares at ever lower prices.. Fine, well blame the banks etc for not lending then so that some companies have no choice but to go down this route. The lesson for shareholders elsewhere is to vote against this type of funding unless set at decent conversion rates or terms

You have an issue with lifestyle companies - fine. However there are many larger cap companies were directors are paid vast amounts for very little work aka non executives. Its so easy to pick the poorly performing AIM shares and post on them looking like the big I am... Respect if you started to post on your actual holdings...

Last point - experience starts to tell you which shares have recovery potential and which shares will just keep issuing shares until they go bust. Doesn't mean you should not invest in the higher risk ones as the share price might be oversold (here?) and due a spike - just that the long term outlook isn't good without a material change. Also any company can issue an unexpected profits warning ie. Remember WSG at 80p? I doubt there are many AIM investors who have not seen a share get suspended or go bust but most of us active traders have also had multibaggers. Yet you only need to be in one share that multi bags (like AST atm) to wipe out a years losses or return a decent profit hence why so many stick with AIM. The trick is not to put all your eggs in one basket imho

Sometimes though facts and figures are either hard to come by or and be read ten different ways to suit ones agenda ie. to buy in lower or pump to sell out. It would be good if people would be clear why they post on any x share but not gonna happen with some. Monitoring here but need to research more and remember all BBs are just one tool to use.. Bloch - the word not used is 'unrealised'. I still have to report monthly market values for my pension schemes (I work on) which are used for funding forecasts etc. I suppose the different with AIM shares is that most traders are active and only after an quick buck. Having a stop loss can help especially on shares that move a lot. GLA here

ALL your LSE posts have been here - what about other AIM shares - all ok? You also refuse to look at the positives like improved BS (yes more work to do) and the significant buy trades also recently. Oynx might be selling to allow another party to increase their stake. Who knows? What I do know is that you have an agenda here but so not have the guts to come clean!!

Also we know how AIM companies work! STY was a basket case .. so was NTBR .. both recovered somewhat and share price far higher from historic lows... doesn't always work out but reason I "enjoy" the AIM market lol gl

Hi, I guess low market value hence potential (nothing more) for share price recovery if return to profits - which depends on the growing music division. Also the fact the Chairman continues to put money into the company (mainly loans) and has decent share holding - obviously high risk but volume over the last week or so has been high - for this share - so perhaps news in the works. Even if too risky for you - one to watch gl

Wow - it's getting serious now - who is buying the shares up? Cannot be much free float left now surely unless its one party selling to another - we should get a holding RNS soon at this rate... could be a takeover or maybe the company might want more funds and want to ensure they have the numbers to vote it though this time at the next AGM - who knows!

Just one trade early doors but 2-3 share price tick ups so far and a tightening spread - maybe an order in the works? Keep watching ... just in case.. (you too Eezy!) GLA

Apologies, it's just that the trades are of similar size and it will only take �10k invested here to reach 3% - also only about 40% of the share issue is not in the hands of the various large shareholders so - as you say - it would not take much volume to move this (either way) and we must be close to eating up all the spare free float.........

I suppose you cannot forecast or factor in a bid approach. Tip for the company - make your stores brighter - some are rather depressing to walk into

I will be clear why I am still here a) tbh need it to go back to close to 30p to breakeven and stubborn atm not to sell b) IF the golf event is confirmed it "should" push share price higher and c) IF there are further music tie ups/events won - then again there is upside scope - but I am also honest enough to admit currently it does not look like a 5-10 bagger any time soon. BTW I have also been invested in cash shells over the years which were trading at sharp discounts to NAV - sometimes the gap decreases and other times the investment company might be proactive to work on reducing the NAV difference - so in short, I do look out for potential baggers .. final point - not much upside left with PSPI? Time to bank profits?

Well done on PSPI - no one seems to post on the company on this website. BTW company reckons NAV is 527p and I note you said it was "risky" investing there yesterday pre spike. Confused as I thought risky shares were not your taste? :-)

Of course you are right - personally plan to retire at 56 (not long now) with 30 years of a final salary pension to support me - alongside a couple of properties - not sure about my SIPP yet! Just curious as to why you didn't answer my question? Acquire a few shares and attend the AGM - take it out on the Chairman - not shareholders/posters, most of who have not been invested here full time over the 10+ years you go on about. Also try to remember there are 50-100 other dodgy AIM companies you can warn others about - not just ONE...

So you are 76? :-) Question: You ask so many questions about PPA and you know us mere mortals/shareholders cannot have all the answers. So why not buy a small number of sharers and attend the AGM? Ask the questions that concern you. Keep it off your chest. For whatever reason, it is clear you have issues with either the company or David C - so deal with it and go to the AGM! You never know, I might see you there! :-)
