Did you not read my post...? IOF is not unusual! Most companies have debt! Many companies issue shares! Debt has to be repaid or extended and 99/100 it usually is! BTW my happy ending is going from 6p to 15p (and banking profits on the way) thank you :-)

Couple of points - so the bonds need to be negotiated? And? Across the stock market companies have debt and bonds to service .. IOF is not unusual... so the derampers expect dilution? And? Across the stock market companies have placings all the time... if the share price keeps going up then any dilution will be minimal as a placing would be at a higher share price .. also placings are not always bad news - can be used to service debt - to expand etc... try harder please....

Of course the market likes the results - the share price is UP 30% DO'H (yes with just 1% of the share issue traded because we shareholders are not selling !!!!!)

I doubt the target price is still 18p because there have been a business update since 22nd April - on the 26th April hence reason for recent falls ie. "The Board believes that the Group has sufficient working capital in the short term to complete its review of the business and commence the execution of a revised strategy focussed on securing new customers for the Semi-Permanent room stock. There can be no certainty that plans to secure new customers on suitable commercial terms will be successful nor that negotiations with the Group's primary lender will be successful and, as a result, the Group may be unable to continue as a going concern." GIVE THE FULL PICTURE GUYS

Be careful, it's fallen this far for a reason .. see recent RNSs.. of course there may be an oversold case here and an quick buck to be made (hence why advance123 is here as per usual)

Agree - but I'm sure 1-2 posters would suddenly reappear if the share price drops back... it's obvious this is a re-rating after the RNS and 20p looks a good bet now next week although it might take longer for further rises gla

Obvioiusly would be good to know if this story is legit and were's the source... but it might explain the recent re-rating as I didn't expect the share price to continue rising - I thought it would settle around the 12-13p area (not that I am complaining)

Ignore him and put him on filter - never understand why anyone puts so much effort trashing a company they have no financial interest in.... any way he missed one point - the share price is also down from 38p last year (nearly 70%) so isn't most/all of the "bad news" factored into the share price ... and markets tend to look ahead gl

I hope you are posting this comment on 80% of AIM company threads as it applies to the majority of the AIM market (losing money - issuing shares).. the difference is that this share has revenue and commodities will eventually recover..

LOL if someone had made 40 positive posts in just 1-2 days then maybe a paid (by whom?) ramper comment might be valid... just as someone (cough cough) who keeps posting negative comments "might" be a paid deramper... give me strength.. LSE is becoming a poster obsessed website when we should be talking about the merits or otherwise of the listed companies... as for the share price .. for me, tomorrow is key... 2-3 days going up then 2-3 days going down.. so I would want the downward trend ended tomorrow BUT being here for the medium term most of us shareholders are not going to get too concerned about one day spikes or corrections

I honestly cannot recall that much of what you call "pump and dump".. obviously a few posters appear (usually the same ones) when an AIM share suddenly starts moving up and no one like them and their usual stupid share price targets etc.. but a lot of posters here appear to have been here a while - so they are not pumping are they? Shareholders do not have to be rampers either - they just have a different opinion to you.. and who on earth expects this to go bust? Of course there is a risk with most AIM or small cap shares but I can think of quite a few riskier ones... also regards averaging down.. MTV is an extreme example and you know it... if you have a savings plan or a SIPP you might invest monthly and therefore gain an average share price... some here might invest on the dips and sell on the rises - that's called trading... you don't like this share.. fine.. well post on the shares you hold then!
