Excellent news - the long wait for news is over... obviously took a while to discuss and agree terms for the acquisition which will make the company a much larger organisation and (hopefully) making decent profits going forward! Placing at 62p so share price might be all over the place over the next few days gl

More trades for PAA today - very unusual to see so much activity for so long here - usually we have 3-4 weeks without any trades! Should be more holding RNSs due and perhaps an update on the music division? I presume results will be April/May gla

Thank you for asking - and I think it's great for a company to be pro-active and to inform shareholders of a possible scam taking place - we all know that some AIM shares attract boiler rooms or twitter hype and at least this company has made us aware when so many never bother letting shareholders know. Good also that the share price has not tanked and is holding up well. As £400k market value - any decent news (if pending) will cause a re-rating imho. There was a share price placing at £1.56 a few years ago and - who knows - perhaps we might start moving northwards thoughout this year on possible gradual recovery - depends on the golf situation and continuing growth of the music division gla

Also a large slice of the share issue is held by the CEO and several other parties so the "free float" or share issue held by private investors is probably less than 20% - btw I would have thought the market value of this AIM share was too low to interest shorters or even is it available to short??

Never seen a RNS like it before.. I can only presume that the recent trading activity has flagged up concerns ie. the matching trades and perhaps no reporting of new +3% holdings - I believe a 4th market maker is now on board so hopefully this issue is being looked at and will be dealt with...

Poster looking at level 2 reckons a new market maker (4th) is picking up the shares being sold... why?? Very interesting to be moving up even with a few sells in a row... so could be developments sooner rather than later.. as one poster reminds us - there is significant debt but any debt restructuring and new funding plus corporate developments could cause a re-rating (big if still)

Well for PAA to have any trades in recent times is unusual but its been six days in a row now and it appears that everytime someone sells - a buyer appears... maybe stake-building going on and another holding RNS in the works??

I think this is because - due to the low share issue and (probably) free float.. the buyer needs to wait for a seller to appear before acquiring additional shares.. with so many trades matching it is possible there is an exchange/swap of ownership going on here imo.. surprised the share price is down considering... we really should see at least 1-2 holding RNSs soon and imho news is coming.. good or bad.. gl

The Chairman has been in London this week and with new advisers on board, you would like something is cooking - getting rid of the golf (demerger?) division - focusing on the music business (perhaps a merget) seems likely imho... or it could just be that the share price is having a gradual recovery.. hopefully another RNS in the near future!

Obviously should be "..COULD push the share price higher" no guarantees on AIM !

More trading today... as far as I am concerned, with an ultra low market value of £350k (ish) the company is virtually priced to go bust... few AIM shares have market values this low - and the share issue (thanks to consolidations) is low too.. so ANY decent contract/news will really push the share price higher.. however, eazymoney is right to highlight the risks and downsides so not a share to pile in too much imho... perhaps a small holding as one of a number of AIM shares is the best option - no advice intended... just what i have been doing! Please not another twitter based pump & dump on this news - massive volume for this share but not worth a day trade due to the spread... will they never learn?

Well the reason is that shareholders voted against a resolution that would have probably resulted in further share dilutions - so not much choice atm if funding is still needed. PAA needs to get to a cash positive position at some point otherwise the debts are only going to get bigger (and they are big enough as it is).. however perhaps more deals are pending... lets wait and see..

Seems a far more realistic discussion thread here than on MTV when talk of no nomad is almost non existant... doesn't look good but an appointment at the very last minute cannot be ruled out.. worse case is shareholders lose everything and the "best" bits of the company is sold on - maybe even to the management.. seen it happen on AIM before... a good case of how not to run a company or the worse things about the AIM market vla

Not sure - are they listed in Hong Kong or perhaps suspended? Will do some digging but maybe check if they have a website and investor relations gl
