Yes but NAV would still be a fair bit higher than current share price? I guess a lot can happen over the next nine months.. Debts/warrants date might be extended again..and again.. Hopefully further news soon

I can't see how anyone will read this RNS as bad news. Yes the debt/warrant issues will have to be sorted eventually but the repayment date would not have been extended if the company could not sell their future prospects

Well there is a RNS out this morning extending loans to June 2017 (plus warrants). Great news and removes one of the short term hurdles for the company - looks like 8p is more likely than 5p at the moment imho :-)

Be honest - every time the share price drops .. even 0.125p... you post your 5p target post (just in case somehow we have forgotten)... so just a bit of mischief making positive a share price target myself on a small rise (now flat).. and so positive? I suggested 8p - if I was so positive I would have put down a 12-15p share price target!!

Seems like the share price is up 0.125p today - closer to 7p and my new prediction of 8p at some point in the future - daily updates will continue until 8p is reached (joking) :-))

Will the market focus on the positive of debt restructuring or the negative of widening losses? I reckon a 1-2p share price movement - either way today GLA

My issue is that jhopkins gives the impression he/she will be happy to see 5p! (because he/she will be vindicated).. give out a share price target - fine - but no need to keep repeating it every time the share price falls 1/4p !! I accept that lack of news will mean some will sell to invest elsewhere and the share price will drift lower - ditto any share - but I think we need an update before giving out our latest share price predictions as they can change depending on the LATEST information gl

I tend to agree and reduced my holding recently... just cannot see much short term upside... indeed the share price is looking a bit toppy without further progress.. at least they shouldn't have any problem raising funds at a good price if needed - but agree there is always a risk of expanding too fast (look at CRAW recently) GL elsewhere

I don't think you realise (or perhaps you do) how much you are winding up the posters here who are actually invested here! Repeat! Repeat! Repeat! Why not go the whole hog and have a 0p target ..? jezz... your target is based on ... what? I might as well say if they is court approval and an improvement in trade we will see 12p! There is no point making predictions!

Well revenue and gross profit up .. but EBITDA down and obviously LFL down... so really depends on their recovery plan working if the share price is going to recover back to 50p plus... wait and see share gl

The only disclosure I care about is ... why do you care.... and what's the connection with PAA here? Maybe by 2020 you might tell us...

It's clear that a company does not suspend its shares without a reason... so either it's a) curtains b) fund raising c) acquisition d) disposal or e) delisting.... hopefully not bad news but don't think the signs are good..

Cheers for the 20th warning about 5p... no share is risk free... ACHL just been suspended.. banks at risk from Chinese debt/Deutsche Bank situ... growth slowing so housing sector at risk... supermarket competition as fierce as ever... oh, and leisure/travel in general having a tough time... thanks for reminder us of the risks but not sure why YOU are so concerned...

Will digest later but initial thoughts are that I expected both revenue and gross profits to be higher considering the acquisitions - I guess we remain a slow burner for now ... building up exposure over the next 1-2 years... but not sure how share price will react today... hope you are well Cashking.. will try to post more often going forward gl

It's a poor excuse - for the next six months at least because we have not even triggered Article 50 or started talks! Might be an issue for many companies 18-24 months time depending on the deal. Another of my investments. CRAW partially blamed Brexit in their trading update - they are a retailer (!) - so no idea why any company should be blaming Brexit for a downturn in trade at the moment..

I concede he is asking questions that only the company can answer.. so it is up to the company to provide an update asap... then perhaps matters will be clearer and negative posts may reduce... so come on MIN - give us a RNS..

Maybe he cannot say because it will give the game away - whatever the game/agenda is... it's not just here - many shares, especially on AIM, attract non holders who just seen to stick to 2-3 shares that they have an issue with. Of course he might have lost money here in the past - but I agree, if you are not holding and have no intention of holding - then really you should only NEED to post now and again... at least shareholders have a REASON to post!

Well I hope no one here actually WANTS the news to be bad? Only a competitor would think this way :-) Anyway, news will come sooner or later...
