Some good news here at last .. loans extended on same terms until 2018 while the remaining six properties are sold.. however still very unlikely any return for shareholders but at least the share probably will remain listed and maybe at some point next year it is possible a RTO might happen as the listing is valuable in itself... one to watch

There appears to be a message saying company appears to be delisted or suspended on virtually all share threads - so who knows what the XXX share price is today because LSE is not showing it. Just imagine.. all shares suspended.. a trolls/shorters dream... hopefully we will all wake up on Monday lol

Stop being selective .. either answer all questions asked of you .. or none... this is the DCP thread but we do not know if you hold.. yet you post... so mentioning another share seems just as valid as posting on shares you have no financial interest in !!!!

Last point for now - that's why I asked him if he was holding .. and if so, is he going to vote NO... I will not take the risk as I doubt the company will have a back up plan or especially the time to come back to shareholders with an alternative.. we have to vote YES imho .. although if any one does attend the meeting - they should ask why did the BoD allow the company to get to this point in the first place.. Sorry dirty word for AIM investors - I cannot recall when their involvement has resulted in a higher share price (over time)... my point really was that unless there is a merger, takeover or tie up .. then the company will require funds and I cannot see how DCP can get funding without dilution .. whether immediately or over time... happy to be corrected..

To get a deal or funding secured. OK our non holder has a point but DCP needs funding - end of. If not by a draw down arrangement like Darwin or Bergen .. or not by allotting shares - at a 30% discount to average share price - then tell us all why we should vote NO - because I cannot see how funds can be raised without some form of dilution!!!!!

I thought you made mistakes in the past? I thought you invested in high risk shares once? Perhaps the lesson YOU can learn from all of this - is to avoid posting on shares you do not hold and rubbing posters up the wrong way day after day after day.... at least it will not continue here that much longer!

I am confused - I thought the reason you have been digging and trying to find links over the last six months was because you thought the company would somehow continue in one way or the other - even if it meant existing parts were sold on to a third party. If I am wrong - not sure what the point was of researching since delisting..

Just to correct you on an earlier post - a company has acquired the online business of BHS and set it up online as British Home Stores - some of the employees who worked for the online part of the business are now employed with this NEW company. They have decided to keep the name because it is so well known. The bricks and mortar side of the business is no longer. As for MTV - that is what may happen here - any part worth saving will be acquired from the administrators but I don't they will maintain the MTV name - it's not really that well known - except for a few BB posters here...

Yes we need to know for sure - one way or the other - Monday will be the decision day - and SCB will have to start posting on all the gold shares he apparently holds..

Maybe not wrong about this share but of course ALL posters cannot get ALL of their investments right. Most - especially well known active traders/posters will admit the odd mistake - the odd loss... now run along - and start talking about shares YOU hold LOL LOL

Perhaps not although a little less risk than most AIM shares... operatives in a sector that has good times and bad times and probably a rough few years ahead with more focus online and less on bricks and mortar. However I enjoy shopping on the high street just like I still enjoy reading newspapers but obviously not were the growth is.. GL

Why would Apple save MTV now? (just a few days before the deadline). they have had since March to make an offer for any part of the company .. ditto any other tech company... even if an offer is made - no guarantees shareholders will see a penny ..but at leas this news has got a few excited..

Perhaps I should have been clearer - I can't see the results changing sentiment or moving the share price out of a range of 3-5p either way in the short term. If you are a medium/long term investor who prefers lower risk large cap shares - fine. I personally go for the higher risk small cap end of the market. However just to be clear - I have historic sentiment for the company - I had share options back in the 1980s and when the company relisted - worked in a related company - and still work in the retail sector but in an area discussed quite often at the moment. Enough said.

Maybe I could have worded my last post better but I meant the unknowns are the outcome! It could be administration, take-over, merger or funding by CLNs, dilution or draw down - so the end game of the negotiations is the unknown.

You have only just realised that putting money into AIM is a gamble? This is the high risk end of the market - the trick is to spread your risk. Anyone with 100% of their portfolio in just one share - even a Lloyds Bank - need to have a reality check. DCP is obviously high risk because there are so many unknowns - but we all know a few things like there may be an offer for the company - there is short term funding - and the realised assets are worth far more than the share price - hopefully further news will arrive sooner than later because I wouldn't want to wait to day 27 of 28
