You are right that the Nomad left the small companies/AIM sector - not sure how many companies were effected or whether MTV was the only company not to find a Nomad. What is sure though - in my mind - is that MTV would still be listed IF the Nomad had continued to work for the company and sector. Obviously though this Nomad quitting the market has not stopped various AIM companies to continue to issue shares - some with good reason (MCC) and some obviously to continue to pay overheads while they promise gold, oil or tech products at some distant point in the future... (ie. I do wonder about CTAG) GL

How dare you presume that you have superior knowledge than the rest of us re AIM investing - you on earth do you think you are? I have invested in probably 100 AIM shares over that last 15 years - many multi baggers and 3-4 shares that went bust. Of course you are entitled to warn others of the risks but a) this share is delisted .. so what's the point here and b) lets see you on dozens and dozens of other threads then.. but so far.... this is not happening.. instead you focus the majority of your attention here .. STILL!!!

Oh, and to take the time to check another poster history is sad... why not spend the time researching and posting on your own investments instead? Unless you are skint due to your past dire investment record - which you have mentioned before - and now just like to spend time on here warning everyone else. Well we do not want your advice!

I can recall many times (on other threads) when you have said "SPEAK LATER" then posted within a few minutes so don't have a go about me mate. I probably lost £500 here so I am entitled to continue to monitor the thread and although it does seem pointless now to post - if a comment warrants support or an question - I am quite entitled to answer it. What is clear is that you are a bitter person who wishes to put down - every single time - anyone who has a positive comment or who finds a positive link here. You are simply OBSESSED with this company and since you will never say why - since I believe you never invested here - it is MADNESS beyond belief !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does a little red button go off every time someone posts?(a fairy positive comment) We all know it is virtually certain that shareholders will get zlitch - even if parts of the company somehow continue as administration takes its time.. what is unclear is why you STILL feel the need to put your two pennies in all the time... let the shareholders here - some who lost a fortune - debate!!!

SCB since you are incapable of posting elsewhere, you cannot have any investments so I think you are confusing savoy cabbage with the Savoy Hotel - in your dreams. As for action against the directors - I guess the first point of call is to ascertain if similar action has taken place elsewhere and been successful...

In answer to your post yesterday, dilution is not so terrible - but rarely good news. Yes, the positive is that dilution allows companies to continue, to fund development and to grow. However, what is sometimes missed is that dilution obviously means extra shares and therefore probably will limit potential future upside. If you think the share price should be 20p but then the shares in issue doubles - then you have to reduce your expectations to 10p - unless the dilution in question will result in extra revenue and profits to compensate. The current share price performance here still suggests a huge dilution is likely here sadly..

I could not have said it any better - definitely not learnt any lessons from Mr Ego... yes, companies can exist by issuing shares non stop but MTV is not the exception.. there are companies with high market values on multiples of 80x plus which do not even make a profit out there... MTV would not have been listed if it did not have an idea/product to develop then sell.. the regulators would not have allowed it... the directors do have answers to give but shareholders and others did put up the money...

Oh you will.. when LSE takes this down next February... so save the pain of repeating the same post literally word for word every day by stopping now... pot kettle black comes to mind.. you have issues with ramping (here) but don't mind trolling every day.. grow up!

SCB - I was not here during most of the time all this apparent ramping took place but I still you one thing - I would still not be banging on about it 1-2 years after the event .. especially since the share is delisted and no one can trade or get caught by ramping now (if they did).. so.. what is wrong with you? Cashking has been a shareholder and supporter of Totally for an least the last three years. During this time the share price has been up... and down... like most shares. If you notice, he rarely posts here now.. probably has other investments to focus on.. but I don't think one post in a month is ramping. Ten posts in the same day giving out stupid share price targets .. that is what I would call ramping. No idea if he is ramping elsewhere - it would be unusual.. but not happening here thanks. As for the company.. share options and targets motivate management and Bob Holt has an excellent track record although personally I agree it has been a slow process but this contract is hopefully the first of many of similar size. GLA here or elsewhere..

Good luck - if you are an active trader, there is always a chance you will invest in a share that gets suspended - especially on AIM... sorry it happened to be MTV and you (and I and many other) know the rest of the story.. might be a good idea to take a back seat for a while .. I have a nasty feeling the markets are due a correction within the next year and then there will be a golden opportunity... as for shares - no tips but SXX looks interesting - for the long term - after the news today. Good to hear from you - hope you are well. What I do not understand is why he only posts here - on a delisted share. Did he lose money here? If he has not noticed - other shares get ramps every day. Will we see him warning the shareholders of MOS (for example) about the risks and the ramps. NO. Just here - but what's the point? It's over. The share is dead. He needs to understand and accept these posters he bangs on about are no longer here. He is talking to a brick wall - he needs to start posting elsewhere! GL going forward. (no one heard anything yet? Will do some digging over the weekend)..

There is no ability to RNS any news due to the delisting so I guess The Gazette notice board or government website might disclose the info. AS for the board - LSE told me it would be taken down one year after suspension/delisting so I guess the LOL LOL guy will still be sad enough to repeat he is happy people lost money here.. the rest of us might now accept it's the end or post here if news on sector related tablet TV appears GL elsewhere all

Quite agree - indeed MCC is issuing new shares at 18p compared to the share price at the time of 15p so it happens.. but not often enough imho
