Good summary - what I cannot understand is why it could take another year for the administrator to complete their work? Did MTV have hundreds of subsidiaries? We are not talking about a massive FTSE350 company here .. just a small AIM company... I would have thought the final chapter should be known by the end of the year ... whatever the final result for shareholders.. it should not be allowed to drag on for another year... closure is needed here

I only replied to what he posted here.. I guess not having the time to monitor every thread and the posts of every member is a barrier to 100% knowledge of what Cashking has been up to elsewhere. Remember it is quite possible to be bullish on x share but bearish on y share... even if it can make the poster look inconsistent.. Yes the RNS today was another small step in the right direction and trust you may consider a reinvestment at some point in the future if the company continues to issue similar bolt on acquisitions. In the meantime, gl elsewhere..

Good comments - I was just trying to think of an example to answer Bloch's point - but agree it is never black or white or as simple in reality. The benefit of hindsight - then again, even if DCP had made a deal over the last month - what happen two days ago might have meant the buyer/funder might have tried to pull out... all we can do now is wait and hopefully someone here will attend the AGM and find out the latest. Personally only have a small holding here but others have a lot riding on the outcome so fingers crossed we will see a positive outcome

How can posting links to other website articles be misinformation? We are talking about actual links and actual tech/sector/company related news. REAL news. SCB saying it is misinformation is the REAL misinformation !!

I have a multi million pound house - it exists whether I am the owner or not... if I do not pay the mortgage, the house gets reprocessed and a new owner will take over... so yes the diamonds are in the ground but it does not mean DCP will be the company recovering them IF they cannot get the funding to repair the damage to the mine AIND find the £2.5 million for the longer term funding that is required. Shareholders are looking last in the queue here - as per usual..

Still trying to digest this news - no one who posted that 15p was going to happen appear to be here.. I invested in CRND for a while and their mine had issues with a raising water table. Going forward, installing water pumps might offer a solution for future similar events but any option will mean investment and investment equals funding... so the best case for shareholders appears to be a JV if I am honest.. or severe dilution - hopefully the company will provide regular updates..

I would have thought the company would have some form of insurance to cover events like heavy rainfall...!!

Well it is a tad OTT but I have a warp sense of humour.. unlike some... and if one poster keeps repeating the same paragraph - day after day - for years - then it is understandable when one has enough of it... SCB you added up the number of posts yesterday and asked why this delisted share is still so active - well you probably made up 10 plus of these posts! So if you really want this thread to become dormant then one of the following will have to happen 1) SCB and Bloch stop posting on here as they have no interest in what happens or 2) Parkez & Co. finally find no new information on what if happening to the remains of the company and decide enough is enough and it is over and time to stop posting.. guess which one I expect to happen first? Option 2

Thankfully the rest of us have accepted it - excluding the small possibility of a continuation.. as I said, shares get suspended, delisted or bust every week - MTV is NOT unique. Also whether there is misinformation here or not - what does it matter now.. it cannot move the share price! Do'h !!

Yes, what is wrong with you, for Pete's sake - continuing to post - day after day - on a non holding delisted share - months and months later! Strange and sad indeed. Meanwhile shareholders - some who put a small fortune in here - are well within their right to continue for as long as it takes to find out any information on what is happening now - it is/was their company and they should look for answers. 11/10 for effort shares - get rubbing this guy up... this thread isn't going anywhere... at least while active

Well I have seen more life on Mars.. the company did mention an acquisition before the year end.. still some time to go but hopefully the little red dot will flash in the not too distant future.. with some good news for this dormant share

Perhaps you can answer your own question - why are YOU still posting on this delisted share. At least SHAREHOLDERS have a reason - I will continue to post and monitor this thread while news continues to leak out on here - I am just a realist who acknowledges that shareholders are last in the queue but I am interested to see how this pans out... what is your excuse!

Just when it all calms down and hope is lost - someone founds some new information that gives a tiny bit of hope - for the continuation of part of the company even though still very doubtful shareholders will ever get involved again.

Don't let the unbelievable obsessive individual get to you. You have a reason to be here - to continue to read the thread for any news on what is happening to the remains of the company now - even if it is 99% unlikely we will ever get back a penny - because you are/were a shareholder. Why any one is STILL posting on a delisted share they never held or had any financial interest in is simply beyond belief GL

No comments on the update? Not good for the employees, wondering if their store will close.
