If I go back I know there are posts YOU have made to Bloch and SCB so pot, kettle, black comes to mind. Why do YOU continue to post occasionally? Perhaps because we have something in common _ we lost money here. BTW if a comment deserves a reply because it is incorrect I will make one - here or anywhere else.. if it bothers you either filter me or get off this thread!

Surprised by the share price reaction - I guess the company could have given a clearer trading update on margins/revenue and outlook on profit/loss situation but maybe next time. I wonder how the exchange rate movements have effected trading? Still holding but will sell at 10p (stop loss) hopefully I will not need to gl

That's your view point - for what ever reason you STILL care... the BoD were obvioiusly partially if not fully responsible.. the method of funding... the ever lower placing price.. the OTT RNSs on outlook/contracts - the over use of the word APPLE etc etc. The Nomad pulled the plug - but you appear to have forgotten that this Nomad also pulled the plug on a number of other AIM companies at the same time -exiting the smaller company market - please do not mislead - we have had enough misleading here.

Well all I will say is that eventually you/we will all let go and move on - plenty of other AIM shares were ramping is OTT is you care to look... cannot see any hope here now if I am honest.. hopefully some are making money elsewhere - one thing that should happen though is that Len is not allowed - or finds it difficult -to be a director elsewhere - too many get rewarded for failure..

I agree - no congratulations from me - just contempt... SCB you are in your own ground hog day - there is something very wrong with you imo ... why admin lets you repeat the same post again and again is beyond me...

No share is without risk - especially on AIM. We all know some well known financial shares that went bust or fell though the floor in 2008 or over the last few years. A profits warning can wipe out 80% of a share price value overnight - I know from CRAW recently... what harm is it doing to YOU that some here want to catch up and/or say goodbye - you never were invested here - so why do you care is beyond me... get a life and post on shares you actually hold will be my advice ... .to you!

Thank you - I really appreciate how pro-active you have been over the last few days... so many questions and so few answers tbh... like a) why did the nomad resign? b) why was the company unable to appoint another nomad? c) what is happening now - which parts will be sold on? d) is the any worth to the company to bring it back to the market? e) what part have the CLN holders been playing and finally f) what lessons have been learnt? I don't have the answers and that's the problem really - I don't think any of us really have been given an explanation - even the few who attended the meeting a while back GL

Sorry I think Worthington is suspended - if MTV had just been suspended it would have been far more likely we would be back imho

Thanks for your detailed answer - I now understand better how LSE membership works! I guess there would not be a situation were I personally would want to suspend my account (I would just not post) as I never go away for long lol.. my only point really is that lets not give any one false hope - if there is material news that may give us shareholdres some form of return then great - just being realistic and think it is now 1 in 100 chance .. but you never know. I wonder how many companies that delist eventually return to the stock market? Cannot be many - just look at Worthington! GL continuing to investigate and I will continue to monitor as just maybe we will be the 1 in 100 :-)

I must ask - did you use to use a different account name? 111 posts - profile created 2011 .. and 111 posts in total since created. BTW I know you said you have been away but you can get internet access virtually any where on the planet - so were you on Mars? (joke). Not sure why Lenigas would be interested - he already has a decent number of listed companies on the stock market - MTV is not listed so not even worth the listing market value - how do you reverse into MTV unless it gets relisted? Why would he bother with MTV anyway? He likes oil/gas etc... Also he could reverse into any listed cash shell on the market. No harm asking him and I guess you are back in the UK and giving it 110% effort to find out what happen and what may still happen - but I personally do not see how any one or more shareholders will change the situation - it would have happen by now imho

I understand some have a bond - holders for many years - met at AGMs - interested in the tech - catching up and trying to gather more info. My advice is simple - accept it is very unlikely MTV will return to the market and we have all lost our money and then discuss were it all went wrong. Of course keep digging for info and let the thread know - I still read 1-2 times per week even though I said I would no longer post (just had to make a comment today as the thread is so active).. also discuss companies out there that might be worth investing into now... one option that is still slightly possible is a reverse takeover - I can see how this could happen gl

I don't understand it sorry.. delisted back in February and seems some are still in the denial stage.. no nomad - no ability to get news from directors and company... even if parts were still valuable and worth selling to other companies - there's debts to pay and no guarantee that shareholders would ever get a penny - we are probably last on the list for the administrator... I understand some have invested here far more than me but I tell you one time - MTV is making history - the only delisted share that has an active thread eight months from being removed from the stock market! NEWS - LSE will remove this thread in February - one year from the date of delisting - so IF something is going to happen - it better happen soon

Agree with the points below - the entire sector is suffering not just MIN. Indeed Monarch could go bust - IF the news reports are accurate... However I agree with A17 on ONE point - if you have low margins and/or significant debt - you are less able to adapt to market changes than others. Although size isn't everything - Tesco has 30% market share of the food sector but (until recently) struggled big time over several years so any company can get into trouble. BTW looks like we might hit my 8p target - hippee!!

Watching this share with interest - I am sure it was one of the top BB chat shares a few years ago and ramped to high heaven... I guess a dilution is on the cards considering how low the share price is now... a RNS is needed promto

Share price seems to be staying in a narrow range ... hopefully news in the near future might appear to move it... hopefully upwards!

I will always say when I sell out of an investment - here or elsewhere. Agree too many shout out loud they are buying x amount at x price and give out daft x price targets but never NEVER ever say when they sell out - why not? As for CRAW I got a few at 35p and might add again if they drop down to 25p to get 30p average... tbh waiting for the market to decide what is the fair current price for this share - it definitely is a sit and wait investment again now and 80p isn't going to happen again for a long time - if ever. 40p or 50p might GL

Regarding the development - what is it they do not like .. excluding the financing concerns? Do they live there? Is it environmental concerns? A beauty spot? I use to travel to Tenerife a lot in the 1980s and the transformation there is amazing - ditto Cyprus - my point is that developments are happening EVERYWHERE - so why the objections on Crete - surely across the island - over the years - have been other developments?? (btw the island is on my list to travel to - hence my interest)

Simple reason - I refuse to allow the thread (and my holdings in general) to be dominated by negative posts - just as these posters do not wish the thread to be dominated by positive posts (from shareholders).. also it helps members who are considering an investment in MIN or indeed whether to sell out of MIN - to have a balanced thread - that's why I bother - but I agree, IF you have an agenda - you are not going to change your opinion ... well nine times out of ten ...

I cannot see how extending the date of loan repayments (and warrants) can be seen as bad news - they would not be extended by the holders if the company could not "sell" their business prospects. BTW countless small cap/AIM shares have debt - extend debt - have warrants ... however quite a few also have debt for equity arrangements or issue new shares 4-5-6 times per year... my point is that there are far worse AIM/small cap shares out there imho

Thanks for posting - gross margins already 78.9% so revenue increases will go to the bottom line ie. add profit as overheads already down. (may go back up at some point to push growth).. also market value is £ 34 million so SOME of this is factored in but definitely agree short term +£1 is on the cards.. gl
