Strange really small trades this week - either rounding down or sells from the recent consolidation - can’t see the share price doing much for a while unless we get an unexpected RNS on a new contract or acquisition

Indeed - it’s BS - the company made that quite clear and IF it was still a reason they would have had to make it clear in the RNS this morning wouldn’t they! The company has enough in its plate without apparent shareholders trying to trash it - what an idiot - or more likely a guy with a grudge and an agenda - people on here can decide what’s more likely - as for nut-nut aka TinTin - he has cried wolf too many times and is now a laughing stock here

Many said the event would make a loss - so cancelling it should be seen as good news to these people???

The company stated the cancellation is due to the tragedy in Seoul - there is NO mention of this dodgy company and it’s dodgy claims is there!! Perhaps I will ask the company to read this thread - again - because all you do is undermine and under mine and create seeds if doubt - we know your game and you bet I am getting emotional about your antics - enough is enough

Do you have proof of possible injunction? If not - kindly shut up as the company has already stated they will take action against parties making these claims - sorry but I have come to the conclusion you are a troll under the disguise of being a shareholder (because shareholders sell up when so negative about their investment)

It can be both TinTin! It was still over two weeks before the events and in normal circumstances ticket sales would have picked up before 20th - clearly after Sunday the likelihood of people buying tickets over the next two weeks has changed - there is national moaning in SK and many fans will not want to travel or celebrate now!! Plus the arts might have given feedback - so although you are right that ticket sales are probably less than 50% NOW there would have been buying over the next two weeks but this tragedy changes the number of future ticket sales likely to be sold - however as PR it’s not great as some fans would have arranged travel so they better think fast on how to promote the Q1 event!

Also didn’t they say a while back that over 10,000 tickets have been sold for Frankfurt 2023 - the RNS is a mixed bag - no event this month (and to be fair ticket sales appear to have been low) - but an event Q1 and a full European tour for 2023 - be interested with the twitter reaction and comments later

Well from my own experience a 1 trade is followed by a RNS within 3 days around 40% of the time - the other 60% is a wind up :-)

We just needed them to mention the booking website and bobs your uncle!

MXC now hold 83% re holdings RNS earlier and it’s not great tbh… although if the other two CLN holders eventually convert it will drop a little.. nice to see us as the LSE top riser today lol

You forgot to remember they exchanged circ £20 million in debt for £15 million in shares hence “handing” the company £5 million via written off debt plus the accounts will no longer include the £1 million odd annual debt interest (I presume) giving a higher EBITDA going forward.. it’s an assumption also that they will sell down their holding - they want a return like the rest of us! Clearing most of the debt is a GOOD move but agree it could/should have been at a higher price nearer the 2p level but recent selling dropped the 5 day moving average otherwise it had been around 1p

Says the gambler … jezzz .. we are adults you know - the greatest risks are in small cap shares - so are the greatest returns - let’s wait and see if the promises are kept this time

Well it doesn’t take much - a few of my holdings are starting to recover (Ecr-Boom-TNT) - so a few updates might do the trick - also I would hope most of the sellers have gone by now :-)

Btw nor would I tell anyone to buy (or sell) as this is still a high risk/reward share - I don’t need to tell anyone that!

Over twenty years I think I can - and we had significant dilution prior to the spike earlier this year!!! Plus we now have multiple divisions - two added within the last year. Yes past performance cannot guarantee a repeat but my own opinion is that it’s more than likely we will see another sharp spike here - just no idea when… of course more dilution limits future upside so I am not talking about a 8p to 85p rise like I enjoyed years ago :-)

The good thing was I hat the votes weren’t even close - now let’s see some more regular updates and a share price back on the up !!

People just need to look at the twenty year charts to see 2-3 massive rises and then subsequent massive falls - the point being I stay invested here because I am convinced - like earlier in the year - sentiment will change and we will see another multi bagger here - trouble is it could be next month or three years away!!
