S/b relisting not delisting in last post - with this company I am reminded of Peter and the wolf - the carrot dangling just doesn’t work anymore and people need to move on imho - I won’t post again.

Just an quick point as an ex holder - there hasn’t been a RNS for 67 months - so when will you finally get the message? You are not shareholders - you are ex-shareholders as there is literally no chance of this company delisting (sorry). But if you can name one company that relisted after six years being suspended then perhaps increase the chance from zero to 1%. We all want our old investments to return (I held HIBU and was positive of a delisting for months afterwards) but like CTAG and WRN it simply never happens !!

Wish companies will stop using the word “pleased” in these type of RNSs as shareholders are usually not pleased!!

Indeed - no point discussing with a poster who is holding - then not holding - then is holding again - has a 4% holding - then it’s just 63,000 shares - who doesn’t explain why he invested - was it at 7p or 3p / put likes to trash the share he is or isn’t invested in - it’s all embarrassing to read and too much effort thus back on filter

Btw filtered again - just read HuR results and you forgot to mention the restricted cash and net profits don’t equal $30m per month. So not accurate ramping or deramping shares - sorry to other LTHs - hope everyone else has already filtered the troll - I won’t respond again and expect plenty of positive news soon. We know formula-e will happen - plus related activities - BrickLive doing great - Massine new investment - CFO appointed - KPOP concerts in Europe / Japan tbc - StartArt events monthly going forward - what’s not to like!? :-))))

Maybe you should question your investment decisions as YOU invested here and literally every day since have been trashing your own investment and discussion thread - it’s pure insanity (unless there’s an agenda) and as you know fully well a capital distribution means a shareholder gets income but usually the capital held falls by the corresponding amount so you don’t actually gain much if at all!!! D’oh!!!

Moral - don’t presume I didn’t read that rampy RNS - but this isn’t the high risk HUR thread so why should I OR YOU mention it - give it up as you are looking stupid now. VAST doesn’t just have 200 million shares - VAST share issue is closer to fossil fuel HUR share issue level - now if you wish to discuss LVCG any further at least have the decency to explain WHY when you sold out loser!

Btw yes there’s been dilution here - like most AIM or small cap shares but I bet 220 million shares is below the average number of shares in issue for an average AIM - small cap share - see VAST - MOS - or… HUR :-)

Back to 12p? 90% chance at some point in the future imho. It went to 90p on the spike I benefited from and don’t think we only had 1/7th of the share issue. You are in a share with 1.8 BILLION shares in issue which appears in a very tight range and you can’t even be accurate on dividend payment entitlement according to some Advfn posters - you’re a joke and one of the biggest trolls out there

Btw since Jason Lee has invested over £1 million HE doesn’t see much risk here - it spread across four divisions - all growing - only BrickLive might be impacted by a deep recession. Imo. There’s risk of course but also great upside probably more than HUR with 1.8 billion shares in issue and a £160 million valuation. Tbh if I had the cash I would have a small holding there but not selling any LVCG to do it. If you may reinvest here then that’s a valid reason to post here - but if it’s now. Just to argue and wind people up then that’s plain sad (unless you know DC and there’s a grudge for whatever reason). Don’t bother replying I am offline test of the day

Fine - the risk is that the sale of the company doesn’t happen and it falls back / like LVCG the share price range has been between 3p and 12p which is interesting. My point being you are deliberating being inconsistent and disruptive for whatever reason / now saying you sold out but still flipping posting!!!! So keep doing it and I will enjoy posting on a share I don’t hold and will tell other posters the reason why too - so grow up!’

Might be time to start posting trash on a high risk ancient fossil fuel share I don’t hold just to annoy the posters - which will be very sad as I don’t have an ego or a nasty streak or am plain mad!!

I am also pretty annoyed that the presentations have dried up again replaced by proactive interviews - maybe after he got slated for looking tired and not having anything material to say he though “right - that’s it for a while”… hopefully at least he seems to get on well with Jason Lee which is positive

Anyone noted the 1 trade? Sometimes it means a RNS is coming - it usually happens about a third of the time so maybe the brokers liken winding us up too!!?

Strange, I recall having to notifying the company and then having to file a form years ago when I went over 3% in a small medical company but rules - the name of the form might have changed over the last 20 years - the trouble is - as you know - it’s hard to prove anything on a BB !!

Sadly it’s clear most of us are NOT experts here otherwise we would all had set up stop losses especially during periods of wild swings - the company reads the thread and I hope this is the motivation they need to issue more regular news flow - so that either his sentiment will change or he will shut up complaining!!

You forgot the prior 7p to 80p bit - hence why many of us are here :-)
