Trading update seems positive - hopefully the share price will think so too!!

Why is he even posting here? Obviously not invested and unlikely to invest - I will never get their agendas except they have no money and want to spend their time posting negative comments to make them feel better - people are invested here not as a punt but because they like the areas the company is trading in - art/sport/leisure/music. Go post on a real punters share like MOS or ARB :-)

Btw I start the ball rolling and send an email to Sarah at LVCG myself later today - just to gauge expectations on news flow - enough shareholders doing the same will get noticed :-)

New poster MND1 - I suggest you listen to the interview again - it’s quite clear news is due on several Director appointments - KFLEX concerts (Winner concert perhaps very soon) - formula-e updates - regular BrickLive updates and big developments with StartArt and this excludes any new venture/tie ups being planned - so I suggest you contact the company directly if not happy waiting a tad longer as I had it with the constant flippant posts on this thread from people obviously pretending to be shareholders imho!!!!

Tbh I find most RNS listed per day pointless especially the “transaction in own shares” ones - when shareholders already know the % the company involved plans to buy back - must cost a small fortune in RNS (£250 a time?) fees. Plus since LVCG is likely to get commission on any art sales and cannot predict the number of tickets to be sold - and financial figure will be a rough estimate anyway - probably why he doesn’t bother as it’s another stick to hit the company with if targets are missed. I am not saying that some RNSs should not contain financial info especially on sponsorship (formula-e/KFLEX) but we get a RNS hinting at the direction of StartArt and folks are still in the moaning mode …

Some tweets should have been RNS and some RNS should be tweets imho - and this applies to many other small cap companies. I guess not many read the tweets so a RNS is a better option and “future planned events” suggest a much more active list of venues for StartArt next year and perhaps this is the first sign of Jason Lee being very proactive especially with Asia/South Korea - let’s hope this is the first RNS of a number covering all divisions over the next few weeks as implied in the recent interview

Correction - I was just looking at the global/principal partners - there is about another ten listed (global) but must be great potential to add more sponsors just for this venue

Well had a look at ticketmaster re formula e - they have a map of the grid and the various stands/blocks - the largest one still has quite a few blue dots but the smaller three stands next to it look pretty sold out - ditto some of the stands on the other side of the track - so it looks to be selling d free fairly well - I also noted LVCG as one of the six local partners and three big sponsors listed at the bottom of the SA formula e website maybe for the global calendar?

Surely there must be a RNS in the works unless we have a large buyer?

Just how much buying do you need before the share price reacts?

You must be very very patient - especially with such a large holding - keep monitoring in case it’s worth adding as only hold a small stake atm - just a feeling we might see movement here shortly as news overdue

It’s been a good week - let’s hope Friday continues the run and a RNS will be the icing on the top!

MB10 and I presume we get a cut in ticket sales, sponsorship, merch, e-fest and maybe media rights too? I also wonder if there’s any change of LVCG tendering for another venue at a later date? Especially if they are going to roll out the e-fest format :-)

Jason Lee is working on both Start Art and KPOP - did DC say he has moved to London?? Probably developing good relationships with various KPOP groups I hope! Interesting DC also mentioned the talk on ticket sales so he does indeed read the various social media sites … I suspect it might have been a factor in regards that following the tragedy he didn’t expect any pick up in sales - for a start over 100,000 attended the site of the tragedy at the weekend so it is still quite raw there and likely to be so for a number of weeks…

Apologies if already repeated in some of the many filtered posts but I liked the following in the DC interview 1) acknowledgement that lack of news has been upsetting shareholders but due to deals still being worked on 2) zoom call next week on e-formula and it appears regular YouTube interviews likely in the short term 3) still trying to get Winner over to the UK before they join the army 4) many acts have returned to South Korea following the tragedy 5) expects more BrickLive events next year than 2022 including expansion back into Europe 6) big news soon on Start Art with SA date moved forward to June. Maybe sentiment will now start to improve here…if we get regular news updates going forward

The interview has eased my concerns a bit - a series of deals tbc before Christmas - new CFO - new CEO pending and perhaps DC will take a step back - excited for 2023 - and Director won’t be selling any more shares - adding asap..

So the ticker is TIA from tomorrow - new name and hopefully new confidence
