At last some good news - now get the last results out so suspension can end and perhaps include a reading update at the same time!

Key point is they are expecting a positive end to the year - plus we have the investor presentation later to look forward to!

I was probably OTT in my waking up rant so apologies but I just don’t like posters who think they are somehow superior - simply because we are all in the same boat and of course we should do as much research as possible. However DC hasn’t helped - promising news and even sometimes when to expect it and then it’s not materialised or been late - plus a few unexpected placings - even if I understand the reasons - no amount of research can predict how a powerful Chairman will run a company although I do believe he has been working hard in the background but perhaps should delegate more - a few bits of good news will help sentiment I am sure and to be fair we don’t have many 100% fully positive or negative posters here - just a lot fed up - which is fair enough…

Well it didn’t seem to matter how much flipping research you do before investing does it atm when we are literally all under water here - none of us have been clever clogs but to be fair none of us expected another European war - a sudden surge in interest rates and inflation - exceptional energy costs and a drastic change in sentiment in investing in higher risk smaller cap companies - many weaken by the covid pandemic (another event none of us could predict). Sometimes no about or research will help and even large cap companies can go bust if there is an accounting error etc that has not been none to the market. Plus many of us simply don’t have the time to spend hours to research if we have long hours working in a job - we read the RNSs - look at the accounts - look at the share price and prospects - then make a judgments - perhaps having a SIPP is simply a bad idea for many personal investors…!!? If someone you are special and seem to know it all - fine - but no research can predict a share price tanking or a war - can it!!!?

Then people wonder why the country is in such a mess Sue which so many preferring to look at the negatives rather than the positives - I do question some of their agendas - however, saying that - none of us (!!!) are happy with the share price - have a good weekend all

Don’t forget a lot of these concert goers are students living on their grants-loans so any recession might not effect them as much as us elders here - plus Koreans living in Europe will attend - see Frankfurt (again I will keep trying to think of the positives without ramping as a counter balance here :-)

Hopefully this time next week once Start art is over DC will get round to news - am I right (as a general point) that most tickets are usually sold the two weeks before the concert ?

Sorry but I can see tickets are still available - but not the number of tickets available so please provide the number if you have it :-) as for promotion - with 27,700 K.Flex followers and the twitter video being seen by significant numbers I don’t think there is yet a need to spend money on further advertising especially as the various acts will be doing their own promotions and have up to a million followers - be good to get an update on ticket sales though.. as always I will look for the positives as it’s a better way to live imho - if course we all agree the share price is a disaster but I can wait and hope others can too… it be a shame if some are forced to sell here or elsewhere at a low point for the small cap markets

Just reread the July RNS - there’s an one year lock in period but it’s 31 December for the next part to be paid re Start Art. Cash next time please!?

There’s the big news - more shares!! Not impressed

Even if true - and we are definitely due more news soon (ie ticket sales update) - just saying it can make some people buy in - hence why you have to be so careful what you say here! Although if you cry wolf so often you end up getting ignored!!

Re StartArt - we do have the RNS were they expect/have a target of £488k EBIT this year and £1.4m EBIT next year — granted no breakdown of overheads and possible net profits for this division - I think some posters see the extremes here - either presenting the best case or the worse case when we should try to balance it out and take all possibilities into account - in short the direction of travel is moving towards a return to profit BUT we are definitely not there yet on a company wide basis - see the middle ground :-)

Darola - if your average is 57p then I presume you are going back to the PAA days - yes I been in and out if this share that long too. I remember it going up from sub 10p to around 80p (making a decent profit) and then all the way back down to sub 10p again. So I made money and lost loney here a number of times over the last 10+ years - did you ever consider a stop loss? Just saying because I wish I had on a few occasions to limit my losses. My point though is that I have seen this company share price rise and fall significantly a number of times over the years - and I honestly expect another decent rise in the share price at some point in the future as sentiment WILL eventually turn here. Of course all the placings - some with good reasons ie surviving covid - may limit future upside and I don’t think we will see 80p again - at least not for a number of years. Btw this time last year we didn’t even know about KPOP and now we have multiple concerts to look forward to - BrickLive is expanding again and we should have e-formula. I see more positives than negatives but we all have our own opinions!

So you don’t take into account the Ukrainian war - the sharp rise in inflation-interest rates which has seen many small cap companies crash to historic lows even when they are performing well!!!? Did you complain earlier in the year when the share price went up four fold to 13p - my point being this share can outperform the market on the right news flow and a change in GENERAL market sentiment which is dire atm. Yes I totally agree some of the blame dab be pinned on DC and expectations to date has not been met - but if it annoys you and you feel good moaning on here - just sell up!!!!! I do wish we had more news though and it’s clear DC focus will be on StartArt in London for the next week hence no update on the investor presentation imho

Well the same can apply to half the small cap market at historic lows - perhaps all these owners and directors are planning to go private!! I give up…

I guess it’s working out how much of the drop relates to DVRG and how much to dire market sentiment with higher risk small cap companies (as most of my holdings are at historic lows).. just a point to consider!

Plus the share of Frankfurt must have been received by now (£89k??)

Seriously who cares who has a link of any kind with the company - although I always appreciate good research posted here… at the end of the day what will move the share price back UP will be RNSs direct from the company - BB comments however useful rarely makes people trade a share imho .. btw I did my bit earlier tweeting the company asking about the investor presentation date - perhaps Ilif a few here did the same it will be noticed by DC thanks!!
