If the reason is that “there’s always something in the pipeline to be confirmed” then we will never get a brokers note - it’s a snapshot at a fixed time - and hopefully can be updated quarterly or six monthly - so just get it out based on the facts known NOW (imo)

Maybe the same seller - definitely selling at a loss - hopefully the drop will attract buyers later..!

The only crumb of comfort is that these “investors” are obviously selling at a loss - either need the money or see better value (were?) elsewhere - have a good weekend all

Just to correct that they will hold 83.9% post conversion - strange that the other two large CLN holders don’t what to convert but they either want better terms or are willing to wait another year or so to see if results continue to improve?

Lots to digest but I read it was IDE repaying back 70% of the total outstanding MXC debt in exchange for 16.4 million shares at 89.2p post 1 for 100 consolidation? I guess that’s not too bad a deal in current financial markets? They will hold 89% of the share issue but not make a takeover? Can’t think of any other companies which should a large shareholder - what’s their end game??

Also noticed that the K.FLEX tweet video for the acts has already had 125K views in two days - now if this can be translated to streaming :-)

I don’t defend TinTin often but MOS issued a RNS this morning for a 2pm investor presentation so it’s not impossible but agree a couple of days notice makes more sense

Sue, looking on the bright side - sentiment can change very quickly - if DC can improve his presentation skills at the next meeting - provide updates on all divisions - and we get positive news on E-formula and sponsorship - then this will be an active positive thread - no or little news then we will have to hear with the valid negative comments sadly …

Interesting - do they report on most small cap companies in the UK (as most will have debt) or picked on LVCG for some reason??? Of course companies usually get out of cash flow/debt problems by issuing shares (see MOS today)

Sadly this company has always been addicted to placings (even when there’s a good reason) and I always hate the word “pleased” which appears every time. Extra shares limits future upside - simple. It will take time to see if this time it’s worth the dilution..

No good making money in oil stocks if everything else becomes expensive :-) anyway totally confused with this - GPDR protects identify yet obviously there are ways around it if sensitive docs are obtainable - at least the government will be setting its own UK data protection laws soon - as it’s a lot of extra box ticking as I know working in actuarial-pensions …

Remember most concerts don’t make a profit the first time - although I think we can all agree the impression given earlier in the year was for a decent result - hence some of the anger now imho. There’s potential !!! BrickLive used to do 81 events pre covid - what’s the break even number? 50? We almost certainly have E-Formula next year - details please DC soon… StartArt is suppose to make £1.488m EBIT next year - how? Plus it wouldn’t surprise me if we have another KPOP concert H1 2023 - the plan is every quarter. I look for the positives - if we all give good vibes maybe karma will reward us !!

I know I bang on about this but many small cap shares are way undervalued: I hope ECR, IDE, IMMO, BOOM and DVRG to name a few and all at historic lows when their results imo simply don’t deserve it - people are simply taking money off the “higher risk” table atm
