Sue, I do wonder if some of these posters are actual shareholders… look, I understand some of the negative comments BUT if I was as negative as a few here - I would sell up and move on - even at a loss.. surely they are still here for a reason!!!?

Since 1 January this year there’s been 34 RNSs excluding holding RNSs - not sure it’s good but it isn’t bad and it’s an average of almost one per week - the disappointment isn’t the amount of news this year - it’s the missed ”promised” dates for updates over the last 2-3 months and the interims are due too.. so I guess the share price drift relates to the lack of recent news - I will forward a message today to the company and suggest others tweet or email their frustrations as well… but it wouldn’t surprise me if we get 3-4 RNSs in the same week soon ..

Better than issuing 500 million more shares at 0.1p which I suspect the 27% shareholder was worried about - better to provide a loan and avoid significant dilution - yep I expect a 20% rise today imo

Tbh I haven’t seen any company yet make a profit warning based on recent exchange rate movements - the Euro hasn’t done great against the dollar either!!

Understood - any way some decent trades today and the share price is holding up well - just need some news now - codes or no codes lol

It’s possible he is waiting (still) for the Frankfurt reconciliation to finish the interim accounts - the research note will not be available until all the financials are in - DC can make this a lot easier in future years by removing all the holding companies he has an interest in and/or finding a better auditor/third party administrator - I still think we will get an update before the end of the month but agree it is frustrating

Funny how no one comments on up days … fair enough, they have been rare but we did go up last Friday and no one “moaned”…:-)

Except that it has happen on shares I hold a few times - who in their right mind trades for one share? We know results are due but obviously I was wrong on this occasion

Re news - there’s always the tweets from LVCG that provide some info - like the one just out this morning about StartArt and news coming in October during the London event about physical and digital expansion… obviously not concrete figures etc but at least they been active on the social media front - just need to see it on the RNS front too!

Also the most popular artists will be in more demand and expect higher fees to attend - although I recall DC saying he plans to work on deals with the artist re streaming/merch. I think DC is at an age we’re he needs to take a step back and have a CO for each of the divisions - one weakness is that he seems to focus on KPOP for a few months then turns his attention to StartArt etc. let’s have a head for each division even if it adds to overheads short term. We were promised a research note probably on or just after the interims so I am happy to hold until reading it - been here long enough to see plenty of ups and downs!

To be fair the share price did go above 12p without much detail available - there are loads of shares were the valuation/share price is way ahead of events just as there are currently many shares at rock bottom … I guess to justify 15p you need a PE of around 12 ie 1.25p or north of £2.5 million profits - it doesn’t look like we are near that level yet even for next year although the markets do usually look forward….

There should be hard numbers in the interims - that’s for sure. We know a few things 1) BrickLive is working close to capacity re events it can manage - isn’t it 19 this year now? 2) They claim StartArt will make £1.4 million EBIT next year - it be good to know how they get to this estimate 3) Sports - e-formula looks like a decent earner - again let’s have some figures 4) KPOP - next year they want sponsorship for Frankfurt and we have 3 days at London - again more figures required and we need an event each event as hinted. So IF IF IF all this happens in 2023 then I can’t see how we stay sub 4p hence why I hold but I do understand why so many was P O with DC - yet I presume you all still hold because you all still see the potential IF DC gets his act together and stops thinking of number one!!

At least you are honest - anyone selling (and it may be the same person) will be doing so at a loss - with interims due as well as other news - I personally rather wait until after the RNSs not before!!

Agree - plus these codes only happen probably half the time (but who buys one share?). Added anyway just in case lol

So a trade of one share - otherwise known as a 1 code - maybe a RNS is finally arriving …

We better get news this month as it was mentioned more than once in the last presentation - and he is back from the SrartArt show in South Korea. I reckon this time next week - shall we have a sweepstake? :-)
