New tweet out LVCG thanking shareholders and that company is involved in a number of exciting projects which they can’t wait to share with us ...

Actually the presentation was confirmed in a June RNS and the 8th July RNS confirmed the GM date so it’s not a cert it was planned - but probably..

TinTin, I think the biggest complaint was the timing - at the share price low - if it has been a few months ago and at over 10p then rot might have gone down better OR he could have released more KPOP news to hopefully move the share price and then acquired StartArt in Q4 2022. However i will listen to the presentation with interest and now reserve judgment

At least it’s clear DC reads the BB threads and probably had quite a few emails sent to investor relations - so fair play - although I rather not have this acquisition at all - maybe he will explain the rationale at the presentation...

So he can’t use his shares to vote on the StartArt acquisition... so if enough of us say NO it might be a closer vote than expected..

I wonder if it’s the same person/party picking up around a million shares so far today? It’s good to see a share price rise - perhaps some news is coming?

You obviously don’t read: my average is 3.5p and I can be bullish about the business model but unhappy that progress is being pushed back by 50% dilution on a business many here think isn’t worth £5 million and that the owner (DC) should really offload it elsewhere. It’s up to him to “sell” the acquisition to us - not take it on blind faith like you!

Obviously a troll trying to wind actual shareholders up - only an idiot would be “happy” with constant dilution on acquisitions we know little about with directors benefitting personally!

Seems to enlarge egos and rudeness towards others though - anyway two weeks to news (if not before) and whatever Freddie bar says - we all want a higher price as we are all shareholders - and having a financial interest means we are entitled to say what we want as we have skin in the game!

Indeed - he seems to think he’s the only one buy at sub 4p. It was sub 4p for months when most of us acquired the shares pre KPOP and we regrettably held when DC promised the world - perhaps he doesn’t know the history here? Some of the drop back is down to market sentiment but you can’t keep diluting shareholders without it effecting the share price!!

Just going to wait for the presentation to see how DC explains himself and figures from Frankfurt etc. Let’s see how many concerts are won and how much actually gets to LVCG then we can all make valid calculations - plus no idea what’s the e-formula event is worth if it goes ahead .. so 15p (equal to 22p now with current share issue pre placings) isn’t impossible but looks like Q4 2023 now for it to happen :-(

Don’t some of these payments (via shares) depend on the EBIT targets? If Start.Art does make £1.4m EBIT in 2023 to trigger new shares (instead of a proportion) then maybe we like look at this division differently? Agree though that he has appeared to have set up various holding companies to provide services to the divisions leaving less for LVCG directly. At least we all now know his antics if we didn’t before... I haven’t given up on 10p+ again at some point if KPOP really takes off but it’s the long grass now

No message on HL website so just sent a message to HL that I will wish to vote on the resolutions. It wouldn’t surprise me if at least 10% of the share issue vote against the acquisition if not higher..

Regarding HL - I usually look out for a new message on the home page - I haven’t looked yet because I’m too scared to see the drop in my portfolio! (Not just LVCG)

Starting to make sense why the meeting was pushed back to end July - to allow time to set up this acquisition - not convinced about the accounts argument.

Sue - there may be a “good” reason: if DC has secured extra KPOP concerts, or BrickLive events or new sports events over the last few weeks - he is going to need extra upfront working capital to secure stadiums - secure artists etc. Not saying this is it - but the initial placing is to “fund expansion” then the extra placings to pay for Start.Art over the next 1-2 years in stages - still not happy with waiting until the share price is so low but maybe it’s just bad timing re the expansion/working capital bit??? Btw filter the troll - I actually think he isn’t holding but is here to wind us up - or is just very very insensitive - if he lets me know the shares he hold were he is under water I will go over and gloat :-)

Holding RNS out - not sure if Milton have sold or the placing shares have naturally reduced their holding back below 10%

Bennster - I still expect LVCG to receive its fair share or KPOP profits etc although DV does appear to have a number of holdings which might provide services thus cream off a fair share between shareholders see it - surely he can’t think he will get away with it if true? I simply can’t wait for the presentation .... btw I see our troll can see the future and knows precisely when to buy/sell - I don’t know why he bothers posting since he must be so rich already!!

Well... hasn’t sentiment changed here! A week ago the posts were 100% negative and angry with fair reason now the clarification RNS has smoothed concerns and we are probably going back to the 20p level this week now - if not further..
