Well it’s global for a start - large sport events usually get sold out - KPOP is massive with millions of followers for the bands so concerts around the world Should still have high demand - BrickLive might be effected by a deep recession (that’s debatable) but there’s no guarantee of a recession (short or long) globally anyway! A lot depends on when the war ends.

Tbh I am thinking the same on most of my small cap holdings atm - market sentiment is dire - bad news is getting punished - no news is causing share prices to drop and with good news people are selling into any rises. However MIN is definitely now a share to hold imho if you are prepared to hold for 2-3 years but I can understand why some need convincing considering the history here

It appears the biggest complain from Frankfurt was the lack of water collection points (as it was extremely hot for May) and number of songs per act - both can easily be sorted.

If DC keeps going to South Korea then South Asia makes sense - even Australia.

At least TinTin hasn’t commented although Stocktrend expects 12p next week (so they ever learn?)

Trade now showing - good to see the share price holding up so far. Not posting on the other BB now so the 2-3 trolls can consider to talk about a company they have no intention of investing in - it’s pure insanity imho

The SP reaction “makes sense” in one way and that’s the fact the market sentiment is dire and any neutral/bad news is being punished and good news seems to mean the share price stays level - seeing this across my portfolio. Hopefully though the share price is near the bottom and will recover in time

Tbh you can say the same about half the small cap market listings re why are they listed. Listing continues to make sense if the company looks for acquisitions (which was mentioned a while back or there is a RTO).

Final point for now - hopefully most of those who wanted to (panic) sell have done so now. So any material buying should see the share price rise a bit as per this morning. I hope this rationale applies elsewhere too! It wouldn’t surprise me if news on a second concert arrives around the presentation date maybe for Q4?

Seems like the after hour RNS did the trick re no market interest so far this morning. Seems like the higher margin work is weighted towards the second half so I wouldn’t be worried about the £600k ebitda figure - but it would be good if the company RNS some of these large contracts as comms are dire!

Also some of these KPOP artists are massive with millions of followers so their fees for the concerts and streaming could have been significant. My point is that ever 100,000 streaming tickets generating £1.1 million would have seen most of this go to the artists imho. Now presuming lessons are learnt then ensuring the artists fees are fixed and streaming numbers increase going forward with better advertising and promotion then extra revenue will purely be profit. Also I am sure sponsorship will be in place for the O2 in September 2023 with loads of points to sell merchandise - DC is right / lessons will be learnt with each concert until the model is perfected - it’s just a shame a couple of DC haters are doing the best to trash the company not caring about the thousands of small PIs here re their vendettas :-(

Mixed RNS but it’s the first concert and lots learnt especially getting the streaming online sooner - quite happy with this - obviously company been reading the BBs :-)

28 July. Btw I scanned the full report and accounts on the company website. Note 35: post balance sheet events - no mention of the material receipt of funds from KPOP. Also the prior period cash balance was £228k (from memory) so it’s been quite a low figure for a while. I simply believe that the cash balance would be higher if the KPOP receipts had come in - since the balance is 31 May perhaps some/all of the revenue has hit the bank this month. Remember the concerts were mid May so it would had been a stretch to had received all the funds by 31 May and the streaming event was late May. Shareholders here try to look on the positives and don’t plan to sell for a while - it’s a better outlook on life in general too (that’s why I don’t like trolls - probably miserable in real life too)

The figures have been posted many times - there a fixed fee for KPOP Frankfurt - merchandise - sponsorship - millions in ticket revenue (67,000 tickets at up to £100 each) plus steaming were LVCH for around £6 per ticket so even 60,000 tickets would have generated £360,000 yet somehow you think we have received this money which runs into several million pounds - yes there’s overheads and artists to pay but I am 99.99999% sure that our cash balance wouldn’t be just over £100k IF ALL the KPOP money had been received ../ if it had then i be the first to ask we’re all the money has gone so right don’t you wait for the next presentation were we will get all the answers - if you don’t plan to invest then there’s simply no point you posting here is there!!!?

OF COURSE IT IS OBVIOUS as we are talking about several million pounds here - but you are right about one thing - none of us work for the company so if you are that flipping concerned EMAIL the company - which I have already done today about a certain person :-)
