TSG - how on earth did he get your email address in the first place? My suggestion is to change your email address (yes I know this causes other complications if it’s within your contact details for many companies etc). Please keep us updated as although I am really angry with DC like others here - it also annoys me that it seems some non holders on here actually want this to completely go bust to price their point - forgetting thousands of small shareholders could lose small fortunes in the process - if there’s any way of a RTO via a cash shell listing AND getting rid of DC in the process - then surely most shareholders will be happy with this outcome rather than lose everyone because DC will definitely ensure he gets back some crumbs GL

So we are a cash shell - with literally no cash … just great… so another six months of this never ending story

Finally the interims are out - not that great imo - interesting parts are Andy Parker stepping down and new credit line to repay the o/s loan notes… be interested on the thoughts of others here..

First - I sincerely apologise to those who warned us - I didn’t get why non holders would keep posting - but you did have past experience of DC… I held this share on and off for years but agree that the patterns were (now) clear what the end game was - probably since the London KPOP cancellation - personally I felt the company should have gone ahead with the dates even if it meant a loss - reputation etc. StartArt was a sham - DC just kept creaming off money from this venture. The sad truth is that if someone capable had been at the helm - we could have done ok with KPOP and the sports division. The only good thing to come out of this is that DC will never again be allowed near a listed company. Btw I do hope TSG posts soon - he was apparently in the room and surely he can give us a summary of what went wrong - we apparently had two cornerstone investors ready to invest since a few months ago!!! Apologies again - when I invest next time I probably will stay off the chat rooms…

Since DC has over recent times provided short term (convertible) loans etc to the company - I presumed rightly or wrongly that he is now the main creditor ? I also presumed he is the majority creditor? So shareholders need to know who are the other current creditors and the amount (and ratio of the total) of debt they are owed? As for DC - I always presumed he would extend the loans or exchange for shares to keep LVCG going - but if there are literally no businesses left active here - then he will only do this is he thinks there’s a future here as a cash shell - he has a lot of explanations of communicate on how this has imploded under his watch considering the decent assets (imo) we had not that long ago..

I agree - not even a trading update but I be surprised if the interim results are not out later this month…

Knco - you remind me of a former poster who flipped flopped weekly and left their stress online - please put into one post what you are currently putting in 3-4-5 posts - for your own sanity - there isn’t a dime we can do about this until the next RNS and I been in shareholder action groups and cannot recall them ever making a difference - sorry..

I was starting to think TSG was DC - if there’s a more positive RNS in the next week or so that I am obviously wrong… Bennster has the right mindset - believe your investment is now zero as at least there’s only possible upside from there GLA

Even I agree it’s now a dire situation. I doubt even DC has a bottomless pit of funds available but he appears a stubborn mule so won’t go down without a fight imho.

TSG - I know you have personal issues but you also have a substantial amount invested here (for me it be another lesson learnt - win some - lose some) so surely you will be banging down the door and demanding answers from DC when you are able to? If he has been working hard 24/7 as you posted - what the hell has gone wrong? We deserve answers at least GLA elsewhere

Why in earth do some of the NON HOLDERS continuing to post on a share which we know won’t have news until late September!!!? You do know that since you held the shares not so long ago - your constant trashing just shows what poor investment judgment YOU have! It’s laughable and foolish but perhaps trolling is some kind of drug to you to cope with your miserable lives… anyway I sit and wait - we will get the accounts audited late September (unless they won’t sign off on the going concern note) and then it will either be very good news or very bad news - as a democrat and positive person - I will also focus on a positive outcome - it’s simply a better way to live - so pleaseeee switch off and Wait!!!!!

Halls Worthy - if you look at the five year chart - you will note there were two occasionally when the share price has a decent spike upwards - plus a couple of sharp falls!! People invest in high risk shares due to more likelihood of decent share price movement - and it’s about timing!!!

Obviously today will see a sharp fall - and probably no meaningful share price movement going forward for 6-12 months. Not good for current shareholders - but as a previous holder - there may be a point in the future when it might be worth investing here again - as this was seen (imo) as a green investments years before the enviroment being fashionable re investing. GL to all shareholders - as it’s clear they could have issued new shares at a far higher level if they had been proactive when SP was over £1

TSG - I hope things turn out well for you. I was employed by a large retail employer for 35 years that suddenly went bust due to covid. I was thankfully tupe to a new employer which I didn’t enjoy so eventually took a career break but now happy with a new employer. These situations can work in your favour but obviously it’s a shock and you need time to consider all your options GL and we appreciate your updates

TBH I suspect one of the reasons for a further delay is that DV is now off for his annual holidays for a month - maybe THG can clarify - but if someone like myself - one of the more “hopeful” shareholders - is now getting quite fed up with lack of news flow on KPOP - new BL events and possible sport related events - then I can appreciate a little more others frustration (except the non holding trolls who seem to enjoy other peoples misery and frustrations). Are we now just a cash shell or what??!!

Cancellation from AIM - and the company has kept quiet so shareholders have been left in the dark - shameful. There was so much potential here and we might never very understand how it went so so wrong..

LOL I read the last post and looked at were he/she posts - another share near an all time low AMGO - posters like to tell us we’re they are supposedly doing well but NEVER tell us of the other shares they held/hold that are bombing - as I have said many times - too many of the trolls post literally just here - in the same matter - and trash any positive comments - so it’s clear to me they are just 1-2 people with multi IDs imo - agenda: they hold grudges against DC and simply can’t - let - go. What’s losers - what sad individuals / can I make a suggestion? Let it go AND GET A LIFE

However much I can hate certain individuals in business or in general life - I would never wish death (via covid) on anyone. I lost my mother during the pandemic - she died in hospital - alone (for weeks) and only six of us could attend the funeral - and btw there is no guarantee that the company would have survived with or without DC - but we would have far less shares in issue - TSG how is the k-pop event proceeding? If it is..

Well DC must be in his sixties so he might want out sooner rather than later - let’s be honest - he overhyped StartArt and it simply never delivered - he s/b paying back LVCG for over inflated this outfit rather than taking it back for peanuts - I really hope TSG has seen evidence of the possible investments and is not being hoodwinked by DC - if this share price is ever to recover - DC needs to exit the stage and hand over to new management - hopefully alongside a new business model - I am just going to switch off - enjoy the summer - and hope that September brings good news - but I understand why others have literally written this off..

Just are these posters should see a doctor imho - I rarely look back at my previous investments let alone post on them - I got a life - perhaps he keeps looking in case we do get good news and the share price rockets (a big if). Bet he won’t post then :-)

Thanks for the update TSG - I know you can’t be specific but in your opinion is a RNS most likely next week - this month - September - or later?

TSG said he would update “as soon as he can” - the meeting might have been at 4pm. Anyway unlike large shareholders - we have a SMALL shareholders rep who attends meetings and posts on here - something the likes of BlackRock do not do… but I agree this has dragged on long enough - not sure if that’s good or bad tbh re new investor/s.

TSG is doing his best!!! How many companies have a shareholder rep? Why some of you never sold out while the share price drifted downwards is beyond me…… so perhaps some of you should be blaming YOURSELVES as much as the company for not having stop losses or a price to sell out (I am)
