Maybe this is a chicken and egg situation. The accounts won’t get signed until the auditors are happy with going concern and the investment completed - and the investor won’t conclude the agreement until the accounts are signed!!! Seen it elsewhere :-) .. but it may mean we get 2-4 RNS news releases the same day if it all concludes at the same time - until next week GLA

I hope we get an update this month as I thought this suspension was suppose to be only for a short period? Not sure any of us could handle another long wait into September or beyond!

If the company sticks to last years news flow - we should get a trading update next week - and interim results next month - hopefully we will see progress…

Maybe because he holds 20% of the share issue ?..

None the wiser sorry - quite frankly it stinks - there should be one final RNS confirming wind up or whatever else has happen..

Of course you do - since I have been in and out of this share since the PAA days (when I actually did make a decent profit on a spike) - I cannot recall you ever posting here. Quite simply - I am fed up to the back teeth with the non holding gloating trolls in here - it’s really easy to find a share at a historic low and post on it to gloat - it’s what trolls do - perhaps I will post on PIP today with a “glad I got out” comment - but I am not a nasty person! Filtered!!!!!

Indeed - at 7.30am this morning on the RNS feed - about 8 companies had their shares suspended for various reasons - mostly delayed accounts - so LVCG is NOT unique having either poor management - auditors - or both!! I look forward to you coming back on here post suspension when hopefully we have new investor(s) and a rising share price to congratulate us - I won’t hold my breathe … you don’t come across as a nice person…

LB - they get the same info as we do - via RNS - and even large investment companies make mistakes re investment timing - some of the losses I have seen on some pension fund portfolios even investing in mid cap shares clearly shows literally all shares carry some risk - the risk is obviously a lot greater with small cap/AIM shares - but the share price movements tend to be substantial - up or down.

At least these massive sales explain why the share price dropped and has stayed at this level dispute multiple buys yesterday/today. Personally I rather place my faith in a large shareholder attending meetings and is quite positive than those who have enough up all hope - but agree this could be the last roll of the dice..

Some of the troll seem to ignore the fact we now have a shareholder (or as they say “puppet” attending meetings - u can’t think of any other small cap share with this excellent arrangement - a big big plus imho

Have you seen MATD today? Constant account delays and placings are common across AIM/small cap market - plus ridiculous sp spreads - yet you only post here - thank you for your concern…

Euston - why don’t you blame the auditors a little! I been trying to get accounts since off for weeks but the auditors keep coming back with mad queries ie. Third party internal control reports!!! Remember the auditors switched mid period - they won’t have that excuse again..

Currently sale 0.3p buy 0.35p as I just did a dummy trade - since u obviously don’t hold can u explain your agenda?

The last two days I believe we had net buys but no share price movement - today we had 800k sales (and now a large buy) and the share price crashes - can anyone explain how brokers get away with this? Yes I know another suspension hasn’t helped!

Agree - mixed bag at best - seems like the cornerstone investor is either connected to KPOP and/or events.. not surprised accounts are delayed but did expect conclusion of talks this week… seems like e-formula isn’t happening in 2025 - maybe they have given up on sports related events? Which will be “fine” if we start seeing more KPOP events going forward…

Indeed Sue - 19 posts on LVCG and a big fat ZERO on SDY - so he is posting on a share he doesn’t hold and not posting on the share he holds lol!!! Personally suspect we have 1-2 people with several IDs probably with grudges against DC - been like this for YEARS and tbh DC hasn’t helped the situation - let’s just hope shareholders get the news they been waiting for next week..
