Is it the same filtered poster - who doesn’t hold any shares on a suspended stock - that has posted seven times in a row? When news is announced - I wonder if he will come on here and eat humble pie? Somehow I doubt it …

There suppose to be an outdoor festival which can be part of the ticket price - not sure if people can just turn up just for the festival on the day? I hope the 2nd magazine is out on the website prior to relisting giving a full update on all four division (although I acknowledge KPOP seems to be the division with the most potential)

Tickets went on sale for Madrid on 27 April and some acts were not announced until late May - so as long as news on London is issued within the next week or so - it should still be fine re ticket sales - but agree, we need some form of update..

Seems like one of my filtered posters decided to rant when most of us were asleep - maybe it’s daytime were he/she is based? Two points - I presume it’s hatred of DC and not the excellent team working at the company?… plus note the trolls that only post on shares they don’t hold - it’s strange as 95% of us tend to discuss shares we hold or may invest in - I don’t know about anyone else but I simply don’t have the time to discuss shares I “hate” or don’t intend to invest in!!

Surely the auditors doing the audit should take most of the “blame” for any delay - they probably sent an IT/fraud questionnaire as they have new requirements (from my experience). Sightly off topic - watched some of the London e-formula race on C4 this afternoon - quite impressive - this sport is growing and gathering more interest as time moves on…

So earnings of 1.3p (current PE 1.6) next year and 1.8p on 2025 (PE 1.2) and the broker is “only” focusing on KPOP and not the other divisions potential (eg. Main sponsorship due for formula E next year).. usually a company in this sector should have a PE ratio of 10+ / perhaps nearer a PE ratio of 20 for a high growth company - so the current share price is utter madness on a forward PE ratio of 2!! Of course the market might be waiting for proof of the turnaround but I would be waiting - I will be adding when the company repairs…

I recall Madrid being expanded to two nights from next year - which would explain higher profits - plus the success of the event will attract more sponsorship with higher revenue imho..?

I guess relisting will tie in with London KPOP news - hopefully early next month. Auditors usually do have staffing issues this time of year but disappointing that audit is still ongoing. However the 55 page Madrid event document on the website provides some good social media data..

Looks like it’s now Berner moved.. as for London, it’s still showing on The O2 events website so I suspect the new poster is the same person who has put misleading scaremongering nonsense on this thread before…

No reply yet although I am presuming Sarah is still at the company (or she might be on holiday). It’s possible that either they don’t know (yet) when the audit will be finished or it’s information they rather RNS than disclose to a shareholder?

Looking back, the agreement for Madrid was announced 6 January and seven months later the concert was held. So IF KPOP Lux arrange a concert for Brazil then it’s possible the event can be held H1 2024 but I suspect the company will focus on London and want Frankfurt sorted out first..

The company expects to deliver against market expectations - imho potentially one of the most undervalued shares out there..

I will only be concerned if we haven’t heard news by Friday - as companies rarely provide a progress report on the audit (“we just been sent a few final audit queries” etc). Although I might send an email later and report back if I get a response..

Also great to see #KPOPLux trending on social media - might be a good idea to put the pending announcement on London re acts etc. on YouTube etc…?

..also both LVCG and KPOPLux twitter pages were very active during and after the event - personally I would like a full trading update on all four divisions - perhaps the next magazine on the website due shortly will add details on current/future events..

Apparently some were in tents overnight to be front of the queue - so it should be a very successful event.

Hopefully we will get at less one more update on the Madrid concert later this week. I see the BuzzFeedUK (168k followers) will be at the event and reporting live - so at least quite a bit of coverage likely..
