A little surprised at the “no reaction” share price - could be good ie sellers gone / could be bad ie not much buying interest atm… I know there’s not much financial detail but how can you predict ticket sales? The difference between 20,000 or 60,000 tickets being sold is quite significant so perhaps going forward to 2024 estimates can be given based on prior year concerts ..

Euston - I do filter posters - there was a brief period when I got not log back in so saw some of the filtered posts. If the trolls could make the odd positive comment - they might be worth unfiltering. Otherwise it’s clear what their agenda is - and it’s so easY to post on bombed out shares for their posters… btw I agree there’s a lot to be unhappy about especially the share price!

On the plus side the KFLEX twitter account still has 31.3k followers so I would expect at least similar ticket sales to last year but agree two months will go like a flash so hurry up with the final lineups

Btw during this period the company has gone from one division to four .. so four revenue streams and greater spread of risk - shares in issue has increased three fold - so of the company was still just BrickLive I be livid re extra shares but part of the reason for the share issues has been to fund expansion - so not pointless share issues although yes DC has benefitted from some of these placings - but I rather look at the company and it’s model than one man - sadly some are obsessed with it being the man and not the company!! Right off to enjoy the rest of Easter..

Name an AIM or small cap company that hasn’t issued shares over the years - especially during the pandemic.. look at MOS for example / a share you are quite obsessed about … I can agree that some of the share placings might have been unwarranted or timed badly re share price but this share has been up and down sharply several times over the last two decades - I made a fortune and nearly lost a fortune several times during this period .. at less than 3p the odds are you will make money here again - at some point / so either invest or perhaps post on shares you actually hold - if any…!!

Well since then we had KPOP, StartArt and e-formula added as extra divisions in high growth sectors so as you say “same old tripe”….

It was news yesterday evening not today so get your facts right! Strange how some trolls disappear when the share price moves up and return on a down day - why not discuss shares you actually hold - if you actually have any!!!!?

I think the poster forgets that for many small cap and AIM companies access to “cheap” finance from the banking sector is virtually impossible so issuing shares or finding expensive alternative finance are the only options. LVCG isn’t unique - I reckon the majority of small cap companies issue shares at least 1-2 times per year to assist cash flow especially if not yet at the profit stage. Agree we can debate whether every placing here has been necessary especially on timings / price. Let’s just hope regular placings will be a thing of the past here in the near future.

Btw the Mez is meant to be short term and paid off with some of the licence revenue asap. Agree it’s the worse kind of financing but it’s not a large amount in the scheme of things except timing is dreadful we low share price.

Presuming Monecur has been the main seller recently - it looks like they might be out completely soon - hopefully then the share price might recover a tad..

As I said yesterday, multi posting isn’t effecting the share price and TinTin has been wrong on number plus occasions!! I guess he is ramping to try to exit imho and as for Earl - he did so well with IDS!!! The only thing that will move the share price are positive RNSs!!

You do realise multi posting does NOT effect the share price!!!? Calm down!!!
