Signed up for the presentation - I might submit an question on whether DC has any plans to take company private (I doubt it because he has had plenty of opportunities to take LVCG private over the years - like when the shares were 4p but there were less than 100 million shares in issue 3-4 years ago)!!!

Again people can selected parts of a trading update to suit their agenda - I preferred the “return to meaningful growth in Q3 and Q4” section as a long term investor here…

Maybe some news at the same time? Madrid sold out? London update? E-formula sponsorship? etc

Btw in your prior post you had “strong sell” as your opinion yet said you will keep holding to recover your losses so which one is it? A strong sell or a recover play? Don’t bother replying … btw no one is happy here - but if you actually read the 11 page broker note it gives multiple reasons to keep holding on a two year view - it’s just that the communications are crap and DC needs to stop with the promises - we can all agree on that!

Of course - he has control over the auditors and decided to get an independent broker to value the company at a potential 11p valuation so that he can make a 2p bid for the company with his 20% stake - sorry but I think he has driven you slightly insane - reported and filtered

Changing auditors is not the end of the world but not giving shareholders more notice is simply not defendable!! I suspect the explanation (knowing from recent experience) is that the auditor was delaying the start date due to lack of personnel and eventually the company decided to appoint a replacement - but obviously the company has left us guessing! There is a recruitment problem within the audit sector amongst the smaller audit firms from my experience but again this is just guesswork. We deserve a fuller explanation when the webinar finally takes place! :-(

Well surely there will be some form of update next week? Results can’t be far away (for a start)!!

Well a delay will be worth it if it comes with material news but agree just stop with the promises and say ASAP instead!

They took their time informing the market that they have reduced their holding from 9% to under 5%…!!

The company has just tweeted that the research note is now on the website with a target price of 11p :-)

Growth divisions!! Agree SP has been dire but if this poster can invest in legacy assets like oil re HUR then why not other small cap shares with potential? Maybe he is a safe but boring BT/Glaxo type investor but I don’t post on those shares for an obvious reason - I’m not invested!!! GL all for next week!
