If you believe all this - why did you invest in the first place? Yes DC obviously is only after himself - like most senior Directors on AIM who take their options and bonuses on loss making companies - so I wouldn’t single one person out - I rather ask what can be done with the AIM cesspit that allows placings to happen with many AIM shares like confetti / as for LVCG - we are all down and atm I feel like most here - to exit on a decent spike - if it happens..

There we have it - the new and revised holdings - so cannot be much free float available (around 15% held by other parties)

Jimmy - the alternative view is that they have so many deals in the works and need to pay upfront on some Frankfurt costs that they needed more funds than just that from Jason Lee - also if you recall in the trading update they made it clear they wanted to review their legacy debts and I guess simplify the balance sheet - future placings will be at 120% or 95% if a 5-10 day average SP (as I read it). Btw I fired off an email to the company stating the reaction is clearly related to the fees at 1p and we need to know 1) when will the company reach profitability so 2) dilutions can end - I let you know if I get an answer but suggest others fire off similar emails because even when these events happen it seems to take far too long for the company to receive any profits (see last year Frankfurt)

Not impressed - but it’s the fees that are at 1p and future subscriptions tied to “the reference price”.. bet Dtephen Lee ain’t impressed either - proves how hard it is to get finance and the dire terms to access funds - I rather they had come to us shareholders for another placing a north of 2p … IF it secures multiple deals going forward it will be understandable but but but when will the dilutions end?

LVCG is a listed comii on any with thousands of shareholders - DC holds 24% - if you think 500k per year is simply going to land in his pocket instead of the company/shareholders then provide more details as I am sure investor relations will be more than interested….and btw we are not the only bombed out share out there - you should see my entire portfolio!

The dire share price is obviously not helping posters sentiment nor speed of news flow re broker note / formula-e. We just need news that will make a difference as sentiment and share prices can change overnight on AIM. Until then the selling will continue from those who feel they have given the company enough time - no one will be selling at a profit though..

I guess 42.5p is equal to 8-9p now post placings? Still a far higher target.. btw who’s the nutter on the other BB saying SkinLab America has job losses this week - no link etc. people shouldn’t get away with saying stuff that can effect a share price without proff

Last point as work beckons - Jason Lee is subscribing £250k per month between Jan-March and might even pay this licence fee early so cash flow is tight but there’s this source of income to fund the next StartArt payment

As I said TinTin - read the RNS on the deal. Payment timing depends on hitting £500k for 2022 and then future payment on hitting £1.5m this year. Agree make it clearer! Btw worse case is they get shares at 3p min imho

I guess they won’t be paid until it’s clear the £500k EBIT target for last year re Start Art has been met - probably needs auditing - but they could have explained the reason clearer - still seems good news with a promise of an fuller update on the division soon

It’s shares like this were I keep saying I must impose a stop loss at x price but when it reaches the price I hold out expecting a recovery - no advice but I would have saved a fortune over the years if I had stuck to this method. I guess at this level there is literally no point installing a stop loss now - just have an exit price!!

Well getter back over the placing price of 2p will be a start and way oversold imo - news likely soon I reckon..

The trouble is - more shares equal less potential upside in most circumstances and after hours as well… still far better placing price than what would have been achievable two months ago and still undervalued longer term imho

I hold IMMO and the deal probably means I am back to breakeven - also they usually provide a trading update in late December but it has been radio silence for ages (now we know why). Hopefully the same applies here? Certain deals are taking ages hence the lack of news - well that’s the positive take…

They were going to sell 51% of HBE for £250k not that long ago so something changed - perhaps there’s an acquisition or two already lined up? Also imagine the time spent working on this deal when they could have been growing the LBE business??…

Nothing for months then three RNSs come along at once - sad to see them sell the core asset but seems a decent price with 3p back to shareholders and money left to grow the remaining business. Win-Win?!
