For a start, they need to find a company that doesn’t take six months plus to do a KPOP concert cash flow reconciliation and working out what’s due to LVCG - if it’s too complex - then simplify it! There’s so much news “due”. StartArt plans - BrickLive events - new KPOP concerts - the sports division plans - plus anything else they have in the works - so please tell us!!

Sue - wouldn’t it be great if some posters started 2023 off being more positive on the shares they hold and held off posting on shares they don’t hold - we can live in hope…

If you go to the formula-e website there are loads of sponsors listed - probably for the whole tour though… there won’t be a problem getting sponsors for SA that’s for sure - also as TinTIn reminded us again and again - DC has been literally living in South Korea the last few months hence why getting the new director/management appointments completed asap is essential as then I definitely would expect news landing as it happens and not when DC finds the time to tell us - he needs to remember that although he holds 24% est of the share issue / the majority is held by other shareholders who need to be kept in the loop too!!

Also I email the company often and always get a response - might do so again if no material update later this week - that’s the route I would go down ..

Last trade at 3.08p not no share price rise - the market makers drive me insane!!!

Expecting a decent recovery here by the end of 2023.. hopefully well north of 10p - be good to get another update soon..

Individual items don’t exclude the massive rise in admin costs far exceeding the rise in revenue so that needs to be brought back under control - however as a positive, these results are historic so it will be the next interims were we will be able to see an improvement in financial performance

Agree - but with these events coming in February/March, the company will not be able to avoid updating (all) shareholders sooner rather than later :-)

There’s usually a year end trading update around now - then the full year results in April excluding any RNS contract news etc

Gradually moving back upwards toward 3p… it’s never boring here with the wild sp swings!

Actually the share hit a high of 1.65p and a low of 0.575p according to LSE this year - so if you time your trades right - you can make profits here - obviously if you are a LTH then you need lots of good news and a far higher share price next year!

I think it might be something to do with the January sales season .. I give up…
