I do wonder why some here remain shareholders - if they are… let’s see what DC has to say on Monday..

Knco forgets that people’s emotions can change - we were suspended for ages and some people had given up and/or wanted out on relisting. Now that we have actually relisted - I suspect some are relieved and considering their options. Btw there’s an investor presentation next Monday which makes me think there will be another RNS before then - surely DC will want something to shout about???…

Yep - we are back and it’s going to be a crazy day - trading wise. Personally I gonna let the dust settle.. GLA

Were MB10 in all of this? He claimed to be “on the inside” thus have not posted during sensitive info times - came we just have some form of update from the company this week as clearly some here are close to being driven insane! IMO

The whole small cap market is a no go area atm - see COPL, LOOP and BID this morning - I knew this was a high risk share from the start!!!

Personally I want to see what any new business entails and also for DC to give an exit date re his involvement with the company - he must realise he is seen as part of the problem by many small shareholders - so let’s hope for news this week then we can all sell-top slice-hold or add GLA

It’s going to become an quieter thread then if everyone will be selling out… key lesson I have learnt investing in AIM shares - if there’s a spike - don’t be greedy - sell (some/all) out on the spike - you can always reinvest later..

The “mess” was caused mainly due to the London KPOP cancellation imho - but surely it’s a bit unfair blandly this sorely on DC? No blame for KPOP LUX or the employees responsible for this division? Btw DC definitely over hyped StartArt …

If the company relists - I probably won’t be selling - some of the debt is being converted at 3p and I will wait for this possible “substantial investment” - but I totally understand if anyone wants out asap - but from experience I guarantee that most of the sellers will be keeping an eye on developments here - that’s just human nature - I still look at MIN and MOS even though I disinvested last year ..

Thank god!! I knew they would leave it to the very last moment to update us!! I presume the placings are literally in place…

There’s the update - I can’t think of another example of a company being allowed extension after extension re avoiding delisting - let’s hope for a positive outcome..

Waiting to the last minute for an update - again!! Talk about stressing and annoying your shareholders. Remember DC put in writing via two separate RNSs that the accounts will be issued this month… if he fails in this “promise” then I hope he gets all the karma that is coming for him!!

How many more “new” accounts will we see this month?….

So the company will convert debt to equity and pay employees in equity and give DC more equity - just to delist 1 Feb. They clearly (!!) don’t INTEND to delist on this date - it’s the deadline that I’m sure DC and others are trying to avoid!!

I knew about DC but was prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt (wrong decision in hindsight) - I saw a small company that has recovery potential - a spread of businesses (hence I continued to add) - and thought KPOP would explode - biggest mistake was not selling down at 12p - like many of us - am I bitter? Nope - it has always been MY decision to buy/add - yep DC has let us down big time on various fronts - but if a new investor comes in then there is still potential here - and DC isn’t getting any younger. I was hoping people would start the new year in a more positive light - let’s just hope the next couple of RNSs can change sentiment here HNY!

Do anyone (negative) remember why they invested here in the first place!!!!?

Re earlier post - “big” companies can go bust too - remember Enron?..

If the company survives - then I feel the e-formula event in 2025 is fairly likely… plus what happen to the Madrid KPOP event - the “exciting” bit is a potential new investor with perhaps a new business line being added - however, we can’t relaxed until the accounts are published - hopefully sooner rather than later in January..
