Phew!!! Looks like we may relist after all - now maybe TinTin can stop his/her spamming and yin and Yang posts. :-)

Just filter the attention seeking troll - many of us have thousands invested here and he is playing with our emotions - find another way to cope TinTin. We do know a RNS (or two) will arrive by 3 January at the latest - good or bad - so I for one will be switching off for Christmas…

No one wants to wait until the 3rd January for an update - if DC reads this BB then please provide shareholders with an update before Christmas (good or bad)

TinTin - I don’t believe a word you say (sorry). One day trashing DC - and the following day saying you have spoken to DC and good news coming - well, which is it? Plus you said you were taking a break from the BB but within hours you are back again. You are an attention seeker imho and you are really not helping raising our hopes one day and being negative the next… btw I would buy the shares up to 4p but under the right news - the only thing that matters now imho is that we avoid delisting..

I meant as per turnout and fan feedback - as a shareholder, I will always look for the positives - even if atm it’s like finding a needle in a hay stack! Obviously KPOP events can be successful _ you just need to look at other events - but I agree they can’t get it wrong again and it might be worth selling the division or a new joint venture with a company est on the sector

KPOP is a high growth sector - and remember Madrid (no mention for next year yet) was a success. So they need to learn the lessons of the recent failures - like earlier announcements re acts - not crashing with another event - get sponsorship early - and then perhaps it may be worth continuing with this division - otherwise sell it imho

I thought StartArt had to hit annual EBITDA targets before further payments were made to DC? We never got to know if these targets were met… I would have thought MB10 would post comments today unless he/she is part of any fund raising exercise?

Ok - but it was quite detailed - obviously they didn’t expect London/E-formula to be cancelled!! The 3-5p range is what I would expect the brokers to forecast if Spain/Germany went ahead next year - but I am in the dark like the rest of the shareholders hold - I just always (!!) try to be positive even if I am quite angry now with the situation - have a good weekend

Remember the broker had a target of 11p - I wonder what their target is now? Tbh I be glad to exit at 4-5p now. As for DC share holding - I still think it’s a factor (for him not to delist) but I take the points made ..

DC holds 24% of the share issue - yet you think that if there’s a deal it will be negative for us - maybe … but it’s in his interest to relist and try to improve the share price - my point being he will lose too if the company doesn’t relist - btw please Google what a “spammer” is…

Well I just tweeted “update your shareholders/owners” to the company - not that it will do zlitch but I needed to get that off my chest - all I can say is this wait better be worth it!

JA - what about the companies that have been loss making for years yet find themselves at stupid valuations? There are plenty of shares on high PE ratios - usually because they have high percentage year on year growth or are predicted to expand (like Boom imho) rapidly over the next few years - you see, the markets usually project forward and not backwards.. fair enough though re it’s hard to give a true valuation here because we get quarterly results - some good/some average… however if you wish to short the share - go ahead :-)

Have any of you sent an email to Sarah at LVCG? I did last week and she acknowledged that “it had been a while” since a RNS has been issued - she said she would pass my concerns to the BoD. My point is that perhaps if we ALL sent a similar message email re lack of news and possible SH group action - it “might” gain a response as moaning on here (rightly) obviously isn’t working…

It seems like there are simply more cities wanting to host races than slots available - I think there’s a couple of new venues next year. Btw if LVCG is planning for 2025 - that suggests the company isn’t about to go bust ???

I presume the StartArt annual London event went ahead last week? Surely they can give us some updates - we don’t even know how many monthly subscribers the StartArt website has currently!!!!

I do wonder if MB10 has not posted because he is on the “inside” re options still hopefully available… and I didn’t realise BrickLive is still loss making .. not what the broker implied… btw I do agree it’s dire but I will wait for news from the company - then it will be worth discussing on actual news!!!!
