If you take shares for your company - surely you don’t want those shares to fall 50% or indeed become worthless - so I can’t agree there

66,000 tickets sold at E86 each isn’t a flop and it made a profit - just obviously not the millions talked about - also they said lessons had been learnt to improve margins - but I won’t take DC words as gospel any more - the research note is key now - as long as they are given all information required - sentiment has been blown up here - it’s happen here before as some obviously know the history better than me re DC - he/the company will have to issue decent RNSs after RNSs going forward to get at least some of the negative sentiment back - so I see this as a hold at best now sadly

Btw TinTin you only lose your cash if you sell - IF this acquisition is worth £5million (which is hard to believe) then that is 2p to 2.5p in net assets then add the value of the other divisions and the value of the company is higher than the share price imho - my take is DC with 25% of the share issue will sell up to a bidder next year and we will get taken over - hopefully not at 4p bit all bets are off after this action he has taken today

TinTin - I don’t know DC and am just a shareholder - I just don’t change my mind as often as you do (four times now in around a month). However I have to agree that DC has a lot of explaining to do - why now re the acquisition - he could have waited for the share price to recover back to 8-10p and then justified it - he could have set the price for the remaining stake at 10p instead of 6p - it’s clear he wanted as many extra LVCG shares as possible - and the only crumb I can take from that is he thinks there’s more “value” holding LVCG shares in the longer term than keeping the Start.Art stake to sell elsewhere - but the lifestyle comments are right - my eyes have been truly open - I can defend the company re it’s divisions and concept - BUT not DC - nor any more - the presentation will be interesting and I have an question or two now to our forward.

It’s EBIT of £488k as the first target then £1,482,000 in 2023 which is quite a jump and the mention of block chain space will get the nerds excited but I repeat I didn’t want 100% ownership of this and definitely not when the share price is back at a low point so I repeat i am not happy - but you change your view point on a daily basis now and any good news you be back with your high targets I can guarantee it :-)

TinTin - i am not going to defend him - I have stated several times I didn’t want the StartArt holding to increase - although it does appear to make a profit (£500k?) it’s not what’s “excites” me here - it’s not clear how the other divisions will benefit StartArt - I guess the “only” positive is that I can’t see what else he can sell to make money out of LVCG as LVCG holds 50% of the KPOP.flex holding not him directly (as far as I am aware). Plus if he wanted to do this he should have done it at 10p plus - makes you think the drop was planned - so I repeat - i am not happy - and extra KPOP shows being hit the mat soon

We need to know the actual profit made on KPOP - what measures will be installed to improve margins (see 2023) and streaming numbers - another 2022 concert will help - confirmation of SA e-formula taking place - expanding BrickLive as apparently it’s near capacity - add some new sport events to the division - the research note. Then I can see us returning to the prior highs seen this year. However we also need market sentiment to improve as PIs are selling into any good news atm. However I have a 1-2 year hold view here so can wait.

2022 in South Africa was cancelled months ago I think due to covid - LVCG only have the one event as far as I know - sorry but imho this poster is S-S... he did it the other day re a DORMANT company - is new - and is only posting on this company 100% negative - this is my money - it’s your money - and I simply will not allow him to destroy this company’s rep by lies and half truths - the company is aware - as I said earlier no one is selling at a profit now so more fool them imho

More misinformation elsewhere - that new poster saying the e-formula event is cancelled. NO IT IS NOT - it is PENDING a visit to the site later this year to approve the track/facilities and if approved will be added to the revised timetable. If it was cancelled then there be a new location appearing for this date! I really don’t think posts move a share price - news/volume will do it - but this constant misinformation from a vile individual with an agenda cannot help! Plus they should make their minds up - is this event immaterial so not important or is material to earnings next year and therefore is important - which one is it! I won’t continue to mention the trolling on the other site here - I will just go straight to the company - they can and should take action imho

So can be applied to multiple companies as generous options/warrants are constantly issued to Directors - I know of a few companies I have held were businesses are sold to other Directors - not sure why this poster picks one company out - must be personal - and anyway DC holding has reduced significantly recently and having regular presentations means he will have to explain his actions to shareholders going forward - he wants a higher share price - we do all holders - but I understand - just about - why some are wary - just not non holders who don’t intend to reinvest - can’t the just move on?....

BTW I wonder what the free float is here ? I presume over the last month we have had net sales or the brokers might be holding on to a few shares hence why they drop the share price on low volume atm?? Is there a way to check?

Lots of buys now ... on the other thread a poster calls this “a lifestyle” company! Any idea what they mean? If they mean people usually go to concerts, sport events, art events and zoos then that is kind of my lifestyle! Btw as for the bottom imho the company should make minimum of 0.5p earnings this year worse case (others will say a lot higher) so that’s a current PE of 9. So imho very little downside and decent upside on a two year view with extra concerts and sport events already baked in for 2023 - so we just have to wait for market sentiment to improve as LVCG isn’t the only company that’s fallen off a cliff from its high point recently..

People selling now can’t be doing so at a profit / and there’s been no RNS this week to justify the selling... baffling!!

If i was giving any advise to the company now it would be 1) let’s see some Director buys - it will provide a good signal 2) keeps the news flow coming and well done on the active Twitter account 3) perhaps look at the company structure so that those with agendas can’t try to pick holes 4) let’s have another 1-2 Directors appointed when possible and finally 4) give us a mind blowing game changing update on 28 July!!!

Tbh we can say anything here - I am worth £100 million... or am I? Btw there is NO reason for the drop if it was related to company news as there’s not been much - the drop is purely due to profit taking and dire market sentiment - like with countless other small cap shares at the moment - now it’s picking the shares that will recover the most going forward GL with HUR I will take a look... then

If you read the thread you will know that a few newbies have appeared out of the woodwork recently trashing this company - it’s personal against David C most of the time. However apologies as I note you are a long term LSE member so I will check next time.

Lol almost as many as myself - yet you have never posted - strange that but btw I am as perplexed as the rest of us of so many small cap shares falling way below their true value - and maybe you should just sell up your portfolio if you are so pessimistic on the outlook - or you can do what the rest of us are doing - holding/adding and waiting as long as it takes for the markets to correct back..

Oh and Frankfurt has sold over E1 million in ticket sales for next year already - in a month - around 12,000 tickets - SO KPOP DEMAND IS THERE - troll that!

Our next festivals are in H2 2023 not tomorrow so yet again we have another troll with agendas and young people tend to have the disposable income - no company is completely immune from rising costs - but most of it is Ukraine related - we ain’t locking down again for a heavy cold virus either! So why are you here again? Btw most of these factors are already baked into the bargain share price imho
