Thanks, tbh I sent a few messages to the company but you aren’t going to change anything ranting on a BB so a lesson here is to be a bit more proactive if you want change - which you did.. also have a day job but took the day off to listen to the presentation live this time. GLA for 12pm..

MB10, welcome back - thanks for taking action but why didn’t you post about joining a shareholder action group at the time? I knew nothing about it and some of us would have been more than happy to have joined you in the discussions - btw I hold close to a million shares and others here probably have similar holdings - again I repeat the 20% reduction in the acquisition price was welcomed and DC did mentioned it was due to shareholder concerns so appreciate that you took proactive action

Agree MB10 disappearing off the earth hasn’t gone unnoticed - just as a new troll appeared on the day of the results... some have big agendas - thankfully most of us are just regular shareholders - and sorry but i always try to see the positive side otherwise what’s the point of staying invested? The big problem here is the power one person (DC) has over this company. He must be close to retirement age and I keep hoping he has a big plan to exit with a far higher share price or selling KPOP in 2-3 years time which we all benefit from - perhaps I am a tad naive..

I am not defending him - especially after recent events - except to say he has apparently taken three trips to S Korea and I have no idea how long it takes to seal a new venue and date and artists etc for a concert - perhaps it’s taking longer than expected - let’s hear what he has to say and reverse judgment until post meeting..

I really was hoping that “towards the end of July” for the results did not translate into the very last minute!!! If there is another issue they should update the markets!

Bennster, what’s the point of these regular presentations if they don’t provide shareholders with something new? Not everything needs to be RNS and it’s not just here. Both BOOM and DVRG recent presentations provide shareholders with a decent outlook and plenty of BB discussion points that were never RNS - totally agree that any material KPOP developments really need to be RNS as soon as known by the company and also agree that we were promised lots of news this month and we didn’t expect this news to be about placings!!

Understand about the RNS aspect but I recall some info at the last presentation was discussed that was never RNS like the number of concerts expected - the trips to Korea - the expected profits etc so I still expect it to be informative and we don’t know the questions that have been submitted

We can only hope the company is holding news back for the presentation as I agree that the RNS doesn’t add anything we don’t always know except the division is obviously performing well..got the invite for 12pm so hopefully we might all be a little more positive later in the day...

RNS out re broker options.. “new Asian investor”.. interesting

Another decent day of trading volume - most of the trades appear to be buys so no idea why the share price is down!

Agree with your assessment: I just can’t remember a day when IDE had 55 trades and perhaps at least some update on the debt can be expected when results are issued shortly..

Results due next week and maybe news on the debt and possible D4E. Still risky of course but sentiment might change if the debt is off the books and an acquisition happens - we will know soon enough (at last)

A dog that makes £3 million EBITDA and major shareholders and can move 50% either way in a day - better than some of those loss making tech and mining shares any day of the week :-))

Something has been leaked....

If he was going to delist he would have done it by now imho.. as for volume, loads of shares have weeks without a trade (UVEL and IDE to name two) and it was only two days ago we had significant volume and a rise .. so any decent news next week might see some recovery here but totally understand the dire sentiment atm

Indeed - this isn’t the company’s’ fault except perhaps they could have enquired with the large share holders who’s been selling - maybe now we will start recovering
