It’s scandalous - I told the new poster twice that South Africa is to be confirmed later in the year once the site/track is approved - but he repeats it again. Never mind - the company has been informed (and I hope others do the same) and people should not get away with posting libellous crap on a BB and expect no action. Companies have become more active taking action against these trolls. Yes of course if someone was ramping a lie - I would call them out too. Isn’t it strange that “he” found this information on the day of the results when it’s been there for months if any of us had been sad enough to look. Disgraceful.

Thanks for the link - can’t say I am surprised re delay but at least trading is stable - plus posting this after 430pm avoids a sell off like elsewhere today!

I will be emailing the company to review the BB postings - some of it is simply libellous as well as obviously personal to DC. I knew Start.Art was owned by his wife - as for SA company - I simply DONT CARE as long as LVCG shareholders benefit. DC holds 20% here and has clearly stated he wants a far higher share price and that’s ALL I care about. Reported!

That’s a tad unfair - most of the placings over the last two years were for the company to survive during the pandemic. Yes, the Start.Art venture is a mute point and maybe paying salaries in shares could have ended sooner. I agree though that there should be no reason for future placings and personally i can’t understand the hate for DC from some (Advfn) posters - it has to be historic. Btw the guy just set up KPOP.flex which “has generated a lot of interest”. So give him some credit please...

Literally no one who is selling now will be doing so at a profit - it’s complete utter panic and madness - across so many shares... I would add but literally all my portfolio is at year lows now

Serious question - happy to buy at 5p but not at 5.5p? Why? You either believe in the company or you don’t - people laugh at posters exit targets and early laugh at their entry target - which isn’t always reached and if 5p happens here it’s down to the red all over the market imho

Tbh I think the company would have loved to have issued a TU around now but they are waiting on some reconciliations - perhaps they should consider either going in house or appointing a new provider at some date? At least it’s almost certain to happen on/by 28 July

I have asked the company multiple times on the date of results - you are right, it should be today and I have a feeling we will get a post 4.30pm RNS either with the results or explaining a delay. NOT GOOD

O/T IMMO share price hasn’t reacted to the good news which underlines by point that the markets are simply ignoring positive news in most cases but punishing hard perceived bad news (CSFS) both shares I hold btw! I have come to the view it will probably be Q4 before the small cap market sentiment improves presuming the Ukraine sitution is resolved...

So we would remove and sack 50% of all the small cap companies Directors as they are all responsible for their company share price falls!!? I give up .. I suggest you invest in premium bonds instead!

DC is making Russia go to war in Ukraine, causing higher inflation and interest rates, causing a market sell off across small cap markets and is waiting until 28 July for the next presentation on purpose (even though many companies don’t even bother with investor presentations) you are simply deluded and maybe next time use a tool called a stop loss if you are after an quick return

We have a presentation next month - the broker note is properly pending due to then outsourced party reconciling data - results in September and a Chairman in South Korea for the third time in a month - that’s planned management - and in this markets even good news is being sold into. If you want to be angry about leaving anything - I would start with Russia...

It’s a daft over reaction but the markets will punish any disappointment atm. As for a placing - let’s just say it isn’t too long since the last one so can they make sure the next one will be the last for a while!!?

The markets are down. Period. So not a good day to release results it seems as I have quite a few companies in my portfolio with results today and I don’t expect much of a reaction until overall sentiment improves

For the next acquisition? :-) I like the mention of an e-wallet product later this year - no big surprises and it’s clear a large slice of the admin expenses relates to historic options and the IPO itself so there will be a decent improvement in the accounts this year even without the revenue/margin increase !

Sorry full year gross profit of £36k still a decent second half improvement
