Thanks - some people think they can post what they want on a BB thread but the truth is you cannot - as once in a while the company might read the thread or a post might get reported. Anyway I just hope the conversion price is higher than the current share price!!

Maybe I am being thick but I take that RNS as being a partnership for South Korea and London is not in that part of the world? KPE had/has a 50% share in KPOP so I agree there needs to be an update on precisely what has happen and what % share of KFLEX is now with the new partner - is it global or just Asia?

Also makes you think that sponsorship shouldn’t be too hard to arrange considering the number of followers these groups have. (Something we didn’t have for Frankfurt) Perhaps a two year deal for 2022/23 might be in the works?

Guys - I think quite a few of us here have a six figure holdings - it’s not a contest - always our share price averages will be different - some around 4p - others 8p or higher .. however we ALL want the company to succeed and the share price to return to double figures - can’t we all agree?

Believe me, being a serial investor in AIM - there have been far worse companies over the years who have bent the rules and over promised and under delivered - blame BB posters as well - were I agree is that what DC says in investor presentations to shareholders must be accurate and missed deadlines require explanations

I was just highlighting the potential - not attacking DC - but since you mention him knowing more than me (well he runs the company do’h) perhaps he can be a bit more accurate on his promises and timings going forward!!!!?

Good to see the cash balance currently over £1 million and company positive about uplift in revenue in 2923 and beyond - the share price weakness appears to be due to 1-2 major sellers as per the latest holding RNS - so now we wait for details of the capital restructure (they did this with Helphire/Redde and the share price subsequently recovered from 1p to 17p - not saying it will happen here but sentiment at least might change with most of the debt removed)

Re the quotes £100 million valuation which is 40p per share - I personally don’t see it as impossible BUT definitely not within a year. I can see it happening if 1) BrickLive gets back to 70+ events 2) StartArt artist subscriptions surge and there is at least one big event per quarter 3) LVCG somehow gets more exposure to e-sport and 4) KPOP takes off in Korea and there’s two plus concerts per quarter. As I say - that’s the potential - it’s realising it - and I am open to what the true potential value is of LVCG if all/most of these aims happen on 2-4 years time

Plus apparently £1 million will be added to Starr Art EBIT next year (the target to trigger the extra cost/shares re acquisition) so 2023 should see a profit for sure - be good to see the details on how this is going to happen re Start Art extra profit. Investor presentation pleae?
