John, it’s “usual” for shareholders to undermine their own investments isn’t it!? I came to the conclusion a while back this is an ex poster pretending to be a shareholder to create seeds of doubt for what ever reason - not one single positive post - ever!

Seriously “Simple” is literally saying he is not a shareholder/ramper as apparently rampers is a dirty word - rampers don’t tend to be non holders!!!

Most posters here probably have more than enough exposure to warrant buying more imho. Also it’s great to have interviews and tweets but putting it all into another RNS may be far more effective re getting investor interest

The fact is shares go up and down - indeed one of my shares (BOOM) went up 10% recently because - shock, horror - there were buyers - without a RNS!!!! Sometimes people buy because they see an undervalued share - sometimes they sell because they see a better opportunity - and sometimes posters stir the pot because they have an agenda and are not happy unless they are unhappy !!!

Rampers and dreamers tend to be shareholders - just saying - you are simply unbelievable - it’s a fact that all your facts have been negative and that’s a fact!! Shareholder? Don’t make me laugh…

Two small sells and the share price drops 4/5% - that’s isn’t the fault of the company - the market makers are p takers imho

Ignore him - not a single positive comment or post from our apparent fellow shareholder - who lives just looking for the negatives ALL the time!!?

Many thanks for the link - at least he kept his word re more interviews and monthly StartArt events should generate regular cash flow and I am sure a Japanese KPOP event will go well

Sorry MB10 - posts crossed .. share price fixed at 6p so thanks for reminding me/us.. I think we all agree the sooner the share price rises the better so less shares will be issued in any future placings - more shares limits future upside - this applies to any share - obviously if it’s used to generate profits then this balances it out longer term..

So I presume it will be any subsequent payments that will depend/be held based on the £488k EBIT StartArt 2022 target? I do wonder if they want the share price depressed to gain additional shares this are holding back news under early next year? I really hope this isn’t the case…!

Sue, fair comments / I just take issue with the posters who are always negative no matter what yet claim to be shareholders BUT I acknowledge it must also be annoying to read some posters always being positive when most of us are under water - the positive is that we know there is lots of news in the pipeline - the negative being the dates keep getting pushed back - we really need some material news this side of Christmas that’s for sure!

A new CFO and lending CEO are big positives - formula-w being confirmed a big positive - new investors a big positive… the share price back to low levels a negative - more dilution a negative - lack of detail a negative. That’s a balanced post for you! Have a good weekend

Well for LCSE we haven’t had a formula-e event yet … look FACTS (because it has to be in capitals) are important but how about both positive and negative facts? Are you a glass half empty or half full type of poster? I would really hope most SHAREHOLDERS would be glass have full posters otherwise personally I wouldn’t still be here if all I posted are the negatives… just saying…

Well tell the banks to provide loans and alternative finance to companies then!! Otherwise as I said earlier - you have countless small cap companies raising funds via dilution - LVCG isn’t unique or unusual - if you want growth and expansion of divisions - it’s got to be paid for somehow - my beef is doing it at the low point is disappointing - if only funds were raised when the share price as north of 10p… btw one day we might read a positive post from our apparently shareholder - their anti LVCG agenda is quite clear

CSFS! DVRG!! As you say - if you invest in higher risk/return shares you can get burnt! At least this company has potential and it isn’t all wishful thinking..

To be fair, I suspect the majority of small cap companies have issued shares over the last year - especially MOS and VAST and that’s what happens when you are loss making and cannot access cheap finance/loans!! More important is the question of when the dilution will stop - perhaps formula-e revenue and the increase to £1.48m EBIT for StartArt (projected) next year might do the trick?

Fair enough - but tbh if he has a decent company worth investing in maybe adding it to LVCG isn’t a bad thing? Anyway appointing a CFO and CEO suggests to me he is starting to take a step back and is working to get the company sold in 2-3 years - who knows!!?

Can you name any other investments he has then?

Plus people are missing the important CFO appointment!! Maybe it should have been a separate RNS. Just wish we get other news to justify the funding via extra shares..
