@Daltry, yesterday i posted a short 15 minute video from the cxtoday website detailing how AI is being implimented into contact centres everywhere. Pertinant to Capita as their contact centre business is the worst performing division. Wondered if you had viewed it, and if it helped you understand how AI is changing the face of contact centres right now as we 'speak'? This guy says a lot of what S says here actually......

Since Capita's contact centre business is the worst performing division i tend to keep an eye on how other companies are implementing AI.

SimP, yes, the market makers want your/our shares. So they drop it from c350 to c250 in the hope of mopping them up. Triggering stop losses all the way down. Once they have what they want they will raise the price. For someone on here to say they predicted that size of drop is foolish. No supporting evidence given, it was just a wetted finger offered to the breeze. You don't need a weather man to say which way the wind blows!

All of my research, which i post some here, points to a company transforming into a high tech enterprise using the very latest AI technology. But it will take time and belief by us shareholders to see that. Todays market cap of £288m will be a fraction of what it will be when this work is even part completed. As Staveley says in his video, people will be clammering for Capita shares. Then, all the green boxes will dry up.....

Work out how to integrate AI into existing contracts, then replicate out to others. Turn a contract with a margin of 3 - 6% into a margin 6 -8%, perhaps even more. Capita is not the only company doing this. AI is everywhere. Transforming all companies in every sector. Luckily for us we have an executive team with all the required talents to succeed.....patience required. JL's jam was never going to arrive. AH's jam is differant......IMV

Tren, think that's a reasonable strategy. A 20+% drop off in less than a month with nothing looking bad is perhaps oversold. It's the old dilemma, where is the bottom and how much do i grab when i find it!

I often find that is i buy using a thimble the SP rockets off. But if i buy with a bucket the damn thing falls off a cliff.....

@Tren, am also keeping a watch on where Oasis put their money. So far in 2025; Hunting, Costain, Kier & Capita. Theory being; where the big fish goes, we tiddlers can follow ... ... ...

@Tren, done provisional research, complete at weekend (more time). Think Harwood cashed in a few in May, but if they bought at 12p, you couldn't blame them. My buy's over last week; Qcom, Nio, Cpi, Lgen & Googl......FX @ 1.34 is, i think, good for buying. Trump wants a weak $$ to help US exports, but i think mid 1.20's will be seen again. All good fun.....

Plus Adam, when they sell the CBLP buisness that will immediatly put £20m towards that target. I think we are at the cusp of FCF now. Well, by FY '25.

I reiterate, that the share price (which some are fixated on) is a product of the Market and those fine people that make it....

Thanks M & KG. I tend to look at the people in my investments. The company, of course, but the people too. I just can't see why all of these highly tallented people running Capita now would move from multi national billion dollar companies only to fail. They must have looked under the bonnet and seen something we PI's can only guess at. Why ruin fantastic reputations moving to Capita if they were in any doubt as to the potential?

Too much concentration on the share price on here recently. The share price can go where it wants for me. But also some excellant summaries too.

@Shorty, to get an idea of past dividends paid for instance see here. With AH & the executive team we have in place now i see no reason why Capita can not return to these type of dividends, given patience and time....

@Tren, my recent buys @300 & c260 respectively i have set aside from my LTH shares. I hope to sell in any autumn rise and up to December update (which is pretty much a FY update). Not one for usually giving amounts but @ c400p that would net me roughly £4,000 profit in my ISA.....

Well, that's the plan anyway......

The Company confirms that the third tranche of shares awarded to Adolfo Hernandez, Chief Executive Officer under the buy-out share award granted on 19 March 2024, vested on 6 August 2025

This was a total of 126,505 Capita plc Ordinary Shares of 31p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Adolfo Hernandez has personally funded £154,886 to cover his liability in respect of income tax and national insurance arising upon the vesting of this third tranche.

Following vesting of these shares, Adolfo Hernandez holds a total of 503,650 Ordinary Shares representing 0.44% of the Company’s issued share capital.

Agree Tren, a RNS announcing the sale of the CPB would certainly hepl the short term share price IMV. It's bleeding £20m in cash p/a that would stop and help enormously towards FCF.....
