Dalt, i wonder why your comments hardly ever get 'recommends'. Maybe most are becomming tired of your incessant Victor Meldrew. It's like you are actively looking for arguement. I get you don't like AI; maybe you think it's all a bit of a hoax and the next dotcom. Fair enough, it's your opinion. But i think you in the minority here on that. Most see AI as a gamechanger for Capita.

Dalt, you do realise that a huge percentage of FTSE100 companies are multi-nationals? So, assume you would exclude miners, pharma, banks....the list is endless. The market is actually near all time highs. It's the counrty thats bu**ered mate.....Reeves, Rayner, Long-Bailey, Nandy, Burgen....another endless list

Culley, so the quasi commies that are Barnet Council recon they can do the job better than a professional services company. It's back to the 1970's with 'Red Robbo' & his ilk. So, they have the technical expertise to implement AI? Every company in my portfolio is adopting AI tech into their companies in one form or another. Why? Because they want services & products to be better, cheaper, more effecient. This bringing services 'in house' is just Socialist clap trap which, as you say, will never save 8% but cost far more down the road to put right afterwards.

Then, the headlines will be " Barnet Council faces Bankrupcy"......

I think the point you are attempting to make Tren is that by 13:39 (when Aim had sold & made £30,000 profit) the Trades show 79m Buys & 58m Sells. With Aim being responsible for the vast majority of these......a (Aim)Master Trader at work!

@Tren, i sold my 235's, as i say, to fund US purchases & lock in a bit. Also, i was a bit overinvested in the market and wanted more capital on hand for 'opportunities'. Am really wanting a chance to topup my Income p/f with some Lgen, Aviva & Rio and am waiting to see the mess RR makes of the Autumn Budget on 26th Sept. . ... ...
