Agree with this comment; have reduced my exposure to Alphabet last week by half as am worried too. If my Qualcomm get to $173 they will be gone entirely. Ditto with Coinbase at $400. But with Capita, more than happy to hold med/long......

Also, Capita will hopefully use this as a 'shop window' to other potential clients as to what they can do; turn a terrible service into a much better one with the application of new tech & AI. Like a builder i got in many years ago to put right a bodger job on one of my rentals. Excellant fix at the time and still use him now. Dreading when he retires!
