Sim, Amazon just posted stellar numbers for it's AWS Cloud service. I would guess (you would know better) that AH is moving clients from hardware based to cloud based service. After all, AWS was his previous employer......

Amazon beat tho evik. Bought the dip on Meta today. $663.......also another 100 Nio. FX not too generous as dollar stronger......

Totally agree Sim. Some people's motivations baffle me mate. Like someone said the other day, they must have charactors that find it hard to fit into normal society. Hence, they wash up on anonymous online message boards. Spending their days firing off crap. £13k profit in 5 hours day trading, lol. Missfits so to speak. Shame really. Quite sad in fact. Well said Sim. Far too many folks study the share price when they should be doing so to the company. Where the company performance goes so the share price will follow.

@Shorty, yep, Meta earnings in. V good but 'one off' tax charge has bu**ered EPS. Down in pre-market 8%. Already have a few of these so looking to top up on weakness. Also, been accumilating NIO on weakness pending, hopefully, good earnings mid Nov.....

With CPI, last week saw an almost 10% rise from 302 to 329. So, as was flagged by some here, a slight retrace was possible. Off currently 4% from that 329 level....nothing to worry anyone

Last year Trading Update was on 17th December. Not sure date this year has been announced yet, but if same we have just 7 weeks to wait.....
