Donmac , i think alot had changed. They anticipated the directors sale at the time. That's now over. There's also alot more shares around, with the directors sale, so by default it will be less than 25% now.

That was a long time ago. It was pre director sale.

Guys, have you looked under nmc share news on this site, on 7 jan , under tuesday broker update, Goldman issuing a note for £14 on nmc. Surely this is false???

It's now back to our price, guess it had to sync up.

So why such a fall for us in last hour ?

Why clear debt at 1200, when they could do it at 2000 in a couple of months time. There's something fishy going on.

Do you think NMC were blackmailed by institutions to create more liquidity?
Maybe NMC refused, and institutions got together on a short attack.
They've now complied to stop the attack.

Has probably opened a short today to cover the huge sp loss, so they'll be heavily in profit from the start.
The question is Was there fraud committed?
Even if there was, it would still recover as profits are good.
Directors reducing their holdings, and maybe taking the backseat, may improve the sp, but from what level? We'll find out tomorrow i guess.
