Dogger, I was spreadbetting too, and set a guaranteed stop loss at 1150, cost me 33% of my funds. I feel like quitting but have a dozen other open positions. Stuck for the moment.

All that wasted time and research, and all those £££ flushed down the toilet.

I got out at 1150, this is looking bad

But hospitals will all be in demand. Can see health care spiking upwards if anything.

I got the below figures from Stockopedia just now, so they are up-to-date based on 1292 sp
Market Cap : £2.70bn
Enterprise Value : 4.61bn
Revenue : £1.79bn
From these figures, I think worst case is incorporated already. Jeffries says it all with a 1300 target.
This is not to say it wouldn't slump more temporarily, on bad news, but surely unlikely as NMC hired Freeh !

Announcement in relation to the results of an accelerated bookbuild
Further to the announcement on 23 January 2020, Emirates NBD Bank (PJSC) ("ENBD") announces the completion of the accelerated bookbuild offering (the "Placing") which has resulted in the sale of 2,163,850 existing ordinary shares (the "Shares") in NMC Health PLC (the "Company") (representing c.1.04% of the issued share capital of the Company) at a price of GBP12.50 per Share, raising gross proceeds of approximately GBP 27,048,125 million.
The sale of the Shares was made pursuant to the repayment of a related loan entered into by Infinite Investment LLC (as borrower) with ENBD (as lender).

The bookrunner for the Placing was Emirates NBD Capital Ltd ("ENBD Capital"). Settlement is expected to occur on 28 January 2020.

There would have to have been another RNS , probably at 4.30, is there had been another book build.
This is definitely referring to the two we already know about.
But why was the second one done so late ?
Probably explains the drop to £12.50, then the subsequent rebound from there, as it was only completed on the tues 28th Jan, probably after hours , and guess what, the fall we've witnessed, all started when the market opened on the weds 29th Jan. and has only started recovering today, when the RNS has been released.

I think that's really important , otherwise it would be well dodgy that there was a director sale for no apparent reason.

But that was at £12.50, which was the 2nd placement surely?

I've looked at the RNS in detail , and none of it is new !

Chig, just shows that the information is not reliable, and easy to fiddle the stats.

I don't know why they don't log it properly, rather than rely on bid , sell and mid prices.

I'm not, covered this to zero.
I know one day, whether it be next month or next year, it'll be £25+

I've bought back all i sold this morning for 1250s too.
Should have sold all of it though :(

I derisked slightly as bought alot yesterday, but still got a big position. If it does fall can stock up more again, but I'd rather it just went up.

Dow at 28883 currently, ftse futures up.
Should be a blue day all round hopefully.

Only 2% down, was over 6% down earlier!

Looks like a natural resistance level for it to test quickly.

Ironically that was very near last placement price. It wanted to test it, hopefully selling bots are done for now.
