Can someone explain the implication of this latest RNS ?

They can't lower the price by much there'd be too many buys. We're in rally mode, until 2000+

London, 23 December 2019: NMC Health (Jersey) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NMC Health plc, announces that following the launch of a Convertible Bond buyback on 16 December 2019 and the Results of the Invitation of the Convertible Bond Buyback announced on 17 December 2019, the $90 million of convertible bonds have settled today in full using internal cash resources. NMC Health will proceed to cancel the Bonds bought back as soon as possible.

On Monday, Muddy Waters said it expects to comment more comprehensively on NMC "going forward", however, due to the limited attention span afforded by the holidays, it will limit its initial comments.

So they have backtracked, by limiting their initial comments!

Downbutnotout, charts us pi's use don't work that well in these scenarios. Fundamentals win the day.
Last week fundamentals were poor, if there was fraud.
This week, they're strong, as these claims have been challenged successfully.
People were paying £25 happily for the stock last Monday!

Also shorts were open prior to the attack, as stated by many people over the weekend. If they close too, 3100 on the cards. Which would be the 25% extra.

Give it a couple of weeks , it'll be there.
Madness to sell at these prices.
Still a good buy in price for a 50% profit.

But it was 2600 on Monday, so no reason not to return there.

Would love a 3000 open, with a 200 spread to really stuff them. Why give them a chance to get out ?
They shorted at 2600 , so a 1900 opening still gives them a chance at a profit.

Too right fundamental, i piled in 10k today, after 10k yesterday. Can't wait for tomorrow.

This could go 1600, post divvy, to test RBC target!

Maybe 72p divvy already priced in. We were 1670, just recently!. We all know on ex divvy day, sp gets priced down, maybe 100p down? Hence the shorter. They'll make more than they have to pay out!

Well I'm certainly fearful right now!

Hit 1740, previous bottom, and bounced off. Hopefully that's what it was doing although I'm not a real expert.
