Earnings are flat, so divvys safe, with potential of a bonus divvy on cigar sale. This is a divvy stock, not a growth one, so why should there be a downgrade? Also with vape out of fashion, can sell more cigs, so no problem!

Remember the RNS's a while ago, that ****ily said "On time and on budget" every month, then after several months , they announced they were £500m over budget. That was when I lost all confidence in them. Lying b$#$ards. That's when the SP started its long fall and in the end it was that £500m that cost us all.
If they had been more honest, a fund raise may have been possible at 30p!

I sold ages ago at 470p. What a dog this share is now!

I know that, but they are redeemed against the current SP, that causes huge dilution. If not a debt , certainly a huge burden, for someone else to honour. And surely sxx are tied into payments to the bond to cover interest. It's debt, wrapped in disguise.

Avocet, what about all the bonds linked to sxx? Surely that's a kind of debt?

There is no way they can raise £500m , let alone £2.5b. Cash will wittle away, like Flybe,etc, and it'll go to administration. Noone will buy it before, as there's too much debt already. What irks me, is the money they gave to charity, 1m here, 1m there. That's 20 million wasted shares everytime, at this sp! I recall a phrase, "Charity starts at home!"

SP incorporates the future, not the past. The future is dire with a no deal brexit, hence falling sp. I have liquidated all my stocks, and sitting on 100k cash. All ready to invest once brexit is sorted.
